Best Training After a Long Time!
The moment I turned 18, I started training for my fitness:
Running, cycling, visiting the gym, name it! However, as you have more work,
You tend to lose time for that. I just can't stop missing it though. I miss the
Energy, the rigor, everything… accidentally, I landed on this site and after a
Few tweaks, I found myself a trainer and started right away with a personal
Training class. "It's good to be back… :)" -
That's how I feel.
