I have been a Yes Option customer for over 7 years now. They are quite active in the stock trading market and are really good at their job. That is how they built their trust. Keeping the trust in mind, they started options trading, and I being, their privilege customer, decided to invest in them. Unfortunately, I was scammed. I was scammed so badly in spite of being their privilege customer, just guess what would happen for a new customer. There was no problem when I deposited the amount but when I tried to withdraw it, I couldn't even after multiple attempts. Customer support is virtually non-existent and I got no response when I contacted them. I realized I have lost my money and while browsing the web, I came to know about good fund recovery groups, First Option Recovery being one among them. They have the best procedure where their team members take care of everything. I had to just wait and get my fund refunded within their promised time frame of 90 days. I got it within 76 days. Kudos to First Option Recovery and their amazing team members.
