The firmdirect.com website is the official site where products for "The Firm" workout are shown and sold. It also contains a suggested workout calendar for you to follow, testimonials, and short bios about the instructors seen in the DVD's. I purchased a product through this website and had no problems. The transaction was secure and my order arrived as described and in the time frame given. There is also an option for people to sign up as members, but I have not done so and have no information on this option.
