I am not the most technologically savvy, but was reassured by the reviews of Sitecore online and the great reviews from Macworld of their product Atv Flash Black.
It transpires that they have sold me a piece of software, which is redundant, and not only that, it is an open invite for hackers.
I have sent three emails asking for explanation or refund but - surprise, surprise. No one is answering.
This site offers a legal customising solution for the Apple TV (ATV) called "aTV Flash". It offers 2 versions - a Black Version and a Silver Version. However, there are 3 generations of ATV and this product only works on 2 of them.
If you have a Black ATV and purchase the Black Version of "aTV Flash" it will not necessarily work, and Firecore.com do not provide refunds. This is very misleading and if your purchase cost was $59.95 for their life membership then this could be a complete waste of money.
Although Firecore.com sell a Black ATV version it only works on the Black ATV2 and not the Black ATV3.
