I also purchased a shotgun with Bitcoin over a month ago. They will not respond to me at all. What is the recourse? These people need to be found and severely dealt with!
SCAM Decided to check reviews. 2 pay options bitcoin or paypal? Paypal doesn't permit gun purchases! Red flag?
I almost fell for this scam, was looking to buy a shotgun online and went through the info needed for the order and noticed that it said location of FFL (optional) by law, its no option, it has to be shipped to FFL for the background check, so that raised the first red flag, i put the location of the FFL in and then the second red flag was, it didn't ask me for payment information, so i checked out and received an email with their banking info, like i am supposed to wire money or something to them, then i was like nope not happening. Sent an email about what the deal was and no response. STAY AWAY!
firearms-online.com is a total scam. I was browsing their site and came across a gun I was interested in. It was about 10:00 pm, but they have a chat service which states "We reply immediately". I asked if they had this particular gun in stock and they replied within 5 minutes, "we have in stock for immediate immediate delivery". The price was super low and I had my doubts but went to checkout to "test the waters". I filled in name, address, etc. and kept advancing in the process trying to get a look at what S&H would be and the next thing I know the order had been placed via Google Pay. I don't even have a Google Pay account! Shipping address was my home address! I immediately went back to the chat service and told them there was a problem and the order should be cancelled... crickets... no response. Over the next hour I received 3 emails saying there is a problem processing my order and to please click on the link below to complete. I called them the next day and got a generic voice mail. On their website they give an address of, 5320 Richfield Rd., Flint, MI *******. I put that into my maps program and it is suspiciously close to a gun dealer, Bullock's Guns, which is at 5302 Richfield Rd. I called Bullock's and mentioned "firearm-online" and they said it is a scam that's been going on for over a year. 5320 Richfield is a vacant field. There is nothing there. They have called various authorities and reported it. So BEWARE, firearms-online.com IS 100% A SCAM!
DO NOT TRUST! They take your money, and you never hear back from them! You are left trying to recoup your money from Google Pay or your CC. Total scam!
They are happy to help you place the order AND PAY, then they disappear like a puff of smoke! You never hear anything back, and your FFL NEVER RECEIVES THE ORDERED GUN!
So much a big scam. Carlos is a person at home ripping you off. Fake site for sure.
Do your research. ( BEWARE OF THIS SITE)
Zero stars. Ordered and never received my Glock. This must be a fake site as it asks for payment through places like Venmo (where you can not dispute sale).
Liars, cheaters, thieves, scammers,...times 2. Low scammers! NEVER EVER CONTACT THEM! Any "good" reviews are something they put up!
I missed these reviews and fell for the scam. Sent Bitcoin to Firearms-online.com and nothing ever happened. No deliver or communications
I ordered the revolver they wrote out the order told me I have what I owe them then I tried two different paysite then firearms online change their payment plan to use google. Pay so I signed up for Google pay and payment went through they sent me a message saying that payment was received after a few days I sent them back a message asking when they will send me a confirmation email this is when I received thisIt was ship directly to your your address. The Courier needs $1000 to route it to your FFL dealer address. However, the $1000 will be refunded when you pickup the firearm. This has to be done today, as its illegal to order firearms directly to your home address. Please kindly make that payment today, for the order to be release. Talk about some b******* I do believe that they say they sent it to my address and I think that is against does federal law I wonder if the ATF would be interested in this if if anybody has started any lawsuits please let me know at *******@gmail.com thank you
Bought a shotgun and they said payment was not received sent proof and they stopped taking my messages. Stay away from these scum bags!
Total RIP OFF! Kick me for not reading these reviews before! I guess I should be thankful I only lost $400, still I'm very VERY PISSED!
Their website came up while I was searching for a JTS M12AK Shotgun. The price was really good so I decided to give them a try. I entered all of their required information and when it came time to put in payment, all the form appeared to accept was Bitcoin. I didn't have a crypto-account so I followed their instructions for getting one. I was delayed by Coinbase and their account verification process over the weekend so I never completed the order. While I was waiting for Coinbase to approve my account I found Sitejabber and realized I was in the process of getting screwed. I used the address Firearms-online listed to search on Google Earth and Street View and found Bullock's Guns N' More is located there. The phone number on the sign is different than what Firearms-online has. I didn't call Bullock's to see if they were associated. The map shown on Firearms-online's contact page is actually for an area around Harding Township in New Jersey. The phone number listed is in Grattan which is 111 miles from Flint. Based on the reviews on Sitejabber and what I found I would trust Firearms-online as far as I can throw a grand piano.
I got lucky and did my research first. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. They don't exist. I buy from companies I know and will not even open a website like that ever again.
I almost got scammed on this. Do not order any thing at all! How can this sight still be on internet? Beware!
Hate to say it but it happened to me to, same deal. Called my credit card company any they flagged my account and reported as fraud.
Practically non existent customer service
Front operation without real infrastructure
Charged items but did not back it up
Enough stated. Total scam. Do not even consider buying anything from Firearms-online.com (site now appears to be removed). - Recent purchaser
Will take your money and you won't hear from them again. They will not take you calls or emails. They only take bitcom and paypal friends and family.
Ordered a Mossberg shot gun. Paid thru Google pay. And now you can sit and wait. No response from them. It's a SCAM DON'T BUY FROM THEM
Answer: It's a scam. I fell for it and got nothing to show for it!
Answer: You are lucky if they didn't take your money. Get a new card and cancel the old one immediately.
