I was looking for a gun which was not found anywhere and found it on firearms online. Imagine my hapiness when its 40% cheaper than any other site! I was surprised that just this website has this price. GOD put some sense in me. Upon looking closely the site looked dubious. So googled for reviews for this website and found these reviews. Glad didn't buy it.
Is there a way we can report this to FBI...? Also i want give it a 0 star but sadly Sitejabber doesn't take it. So giving it 1.
Placed order. Received email saying did not go through, pay by bitcoin. Sent email asking for 20% discount and free shipping for paying by bitcoin per their webpage. Received email saying to re-submit credit card info. Stupidly did so (now have to acknowledged order numbers). Received another email saying order did not go through, pay by bitcoin. FINALLY, lights went off in head and I checked them out to find this page. Stupid stupid stupid for not checking first. Emailed firearms-online to cancel order(s). Waiting for response. Called credit card company and flagged any transaction from them. Called MI fraud who cannot do anything as long as I've not lost money. Give me MI computer crime direct phone number if anything happens down the road
Won't take normal payment methods for a purchase. Want bitcoin or direct deposit to a Federal Credit Union several states away from their supposed business address (which is a false address). Also trying to scam on BuyFirearmsOnline.com. Products offered and their prices are too good to be true. That is their hook. Don't fall for it!
After ordering I immediately got an email that I need to purchase bitcoin on their website and pay that way... No wonder their prices are so good---The old idiom "Too good to be true".
I went back and checked that the website claims a location in Flint Mi with a location map zeroed in on some other state. The phone number for the business is a Texas number that is NOT answered & you cannot leave a message.
Most online shops are pricey. Been on takerguns.com but the delivery came days late. I had to wait an extra 12days to receive
Price seemed too good - it was. Ordered using Cash App, funds went through to $tleonoel. Funds were transferred by Cash App, received a confirmation of funds acceptance, the another msg from Cash App saying funds were refunded for "security reasons". Funds should be back in my account soon. Sent emails to firearms-online.com and through the web site with no response. Having to cancel card used with Cash App and replace it to insure funds security. Don't use them, EVER!
I've read some of the reviews and to be honest I don't think they're a scam site. I ordered a Sig MCX Rattler Canebrake from them and it got delivered to my FFL Dealer in 3days and was ready for me to pickup. I couldn't be happier.
I am the owner of Wyoming guns and hunting supply‘s homosassa Florida they put my address on the webpage buyers beware this is a scam go to your local dealer or buy from someone you trust
I too like everyone else here, was scammed by firearms online.com for $307.50 for a rifle. Tried to check on my order today but conveniently the
Website is suspended. I will definitely check Sitejabber before making any online purchases in the future that's for sure. I feel really bad for those who lost more than what I lost, but I guess it was an expensive learning experience to say the least. And the balls of these guys to try and submit a request for payment today 11/24/2020 proves these f@$tards need to be stopped and shut down
I was trying to purchase something from this site. I was having issues trying to de-select the bitcoin option so I tried to contact the store. I got no replies or help from their 24/7 hotline. Came on here to see what they were rated and now its making sense. The reason I was having such a hard time getting the bitcoin option de-selected is because they do it on purchase so you want to send bitcoin and get scammed. Do not do business with this place. Very Sketchy!
Purchased shotgun, paid the price, never received shotgun. Multiple tries to contact to no avail. Emailed and Live Chat they always say your are in "Queue?" You can sit there for years and no one to chat with. They say to leave email address and describe the issue. Never, never, never receive a return email.
Same experience as the rest posted here. Had firearms instock. I didn't do my homework before buying from them. They sent confirmation email and an immediate email with zelle payment details. They tried telling me they didn't receive my funds and wanted me to send again, but zelle had confirmed it was receive and completed. I sent them the screenshot from zelle and then crickets from there. It's been a week and no response!
I bought a 22 pistol. As soon as i got order email i paid through 3rd party site and BOOM! All confirmation emails disappeared and site was no longer. So they got access to email and deleted emails. It took awhile to change all my passwords. The actual email of scammer came on mail delivery failed email to firearms-online. *******@gmail.com. Got em!

Domain firearms-online.com has an outgoing mail suspension. Message discarded
Do not buy from them. I ordered a gun and paid in bitcoins for the 20% discount. Have not heard from them. They will not answer my emails, phone calls or online customer support. I reported them to Uphold, ATC and my bank. Unfortunately I will probably never see my money. I wish I found these reviews before I made the purchase.
It took nearly three months but I have been vindicated. Some lessons learned for the next time: If the sales price is too good to pass up, be wary and research. Look for feedbacks first. 2nd, avoid making payment via an intermediary, such as Google, for example. 3rd, insist on solely using a credit card; this gives you fraud protection. Honest merchants want your business and will permit returns in most cases. However, it is rare for an online weapons business to allow returns on firearms. Exceptions are doable if the item is defective. If a return is offered, how can it be honored by a scammer? Right? I thought that it could not happen to me. It did! Finally, transactions done through your bank represent guaranteed assistance in matters of fraud. Someone can help in a crisis. Get the right channels involved. Buyer, beware-always!
There is a new very good price listing site. Firearmactionsales.com
The seller was texting me and when I called he strongly suggested I pay with Cashapp or Apple Pay. I chose not to proceed with my payment information.
I strongly believe this is a scam website.
Attempted to by a hard to find handgun from them. Not only did they have it but it was cheap. After a chat session with the site where I was told they accepted Visa I placed my order. Site never asked for visa into but instead I was sent email with instruction on purchasing bitcoins to pay for my order and how to send the bitcoins to them. I started another chat session reminding them that they said I could pay via Visa. I was told to just send my visa car info to them via the chat session. When I told the I was not going to send my visa info over an unsecured connection I was told "good bye". Subsequent attempts to chat with them using different email address, just for the fun of it, failed. My guess is they/he can ID people they previously scammed or tired to scam via their IP address. I reported them to google fraud dept (wast of time I think) and to my state's DA cyber crime group.
I (foolishly) ordered a firearm at a price that semed too good to be true - and it was. I got some of the same "you need to follow this link to complete your order" nonsense AFTER paying with a debit card. (I know, I know!)
If you aren't convinced that these people are fraudsters, read this, from "Helena". Try not to snort your coffee out of your nose:
"The parcel was ship to your house address, which is illegal, the shipping company needs $500 to redu it to your FFL dealer address.
The $500 is refundable when your parcel arrived, this is to ensure that the courier was not involved in sending firearms to your address.
Kindly make the payment via Google Pay please"
I didn't buy a shotgun that they posted they had. As soon as they were ready to mail it to my house instead of a FFL Gun Mart I knew they were scum. Then I immediately got an email back from "Brunceleyla" or some $#*! like that I knew it was a scam.
Do not buy from this site. This is fraudulent. I followed payment advice and my payment was taken but everything ceased at that point.
Wish I had researched this out better first.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM Firearms On-Line.com
Answer: It's a scam. I fell for it and got nothing to show for it!
Answer: You are lucky if they didn't take your money. Get a new card and cancel the old one immediately.
