Impossible to get to someone on the phone. After an hour on hold I was promised a refund because the shoes were 30 days old. Now they a sent me new ones after buying them from another retailer. Of course they are charging me. Never shop with them again. I see why they get one star
I had purchased a pair of Nike Dunks for my son for his birthday! When his birthday arrived and he opened the package the awful smell that came from not only the box but mainly the shoes was beyond unpleasant. After doing research online this smell was from a "fake" shoe! To get in contact with someone from corporate of this company is unheard of and honestly I will never even attempt to do any other type of business with them! I kept on asking were they selling fake shoes and of course it was never answered!
By far worst experience. After calling customer service regarding the error of sending me the wrong shoes. Their solution (Marikar and supervisor Leonardo from customer service) was for ME to drive to a ups store or finish line store to fix their error? The whole point of online shopping was because i work all fkn day and they want me to go out of my way to fix their error. Some bs! All Leo kept saying how incorrect i was about the shoe i ordered. No mfkr i have other things to do than to sit here and have you accuse me of being wrong. All i needed was help on getting this error fixed. I asked him if there was an email for me to prove to him i have the wrong shoe and he said no and that he apologizes. I don't get it… my daughter cant walk home in these fkn platforms.
I order a timberland boots and I received it with a note that was"Sent with damaged". How if they know that the boots have damaged, they sent it?
I returned it and they replaced with another boots. Today I received the boots... the same one with damaged. So, I have to send this again. I'm very disappointed with all these.
I received the wrong-colored shoes in the mail from an online order. The customer service rep said that I either need to go to a local store or to a UPS store to return the shoes even though the error was made on their part. I was disappointed about having to spend time to make the return and then decided to reach out to an executive at the Corporate office. What a huge difference. He partnered me up with a magnificent rep who took care of my issue. I got the wrong shoe picked up, and also got the right shoe delivered to me within days. If the standard 1-800 reps can't help you at first then I do suggest you reach out to someone at the top before putting out a bad review. Leadership at this company really do value their customers.
Dont want to give 1 star. Worst experience I have ever had. They lost a customer. Took my money. Customer service un professional and very rude. Asked for manager was hung up on. I ordered $40 pair if Adidas leggings instead was shipped a $5 hat. Was told to send hat back which i did and they never sent my leggings. When I tried customer service 7 times i may add they said they did not get the $5 hat so they wont send me my $40 leggings... This was in December. I have no refund of my money. I have no black addidas leggings and I have no stupid $5 hat. Its sad since im a shopper they would rather loose the business than to have made it right... don't waste your time or money here. In addition other stuff i ordered for Christmas gifts came wrong colors so they do not have proper product checks before shipping they are just placing various items out not the correct items...
I went into store twice in Springfield Illinois. Nobody even said hi while I looked around two different times. Inappropriate rap music playing and it smelled like weed. I was there at least 10 minutes and nobody offered to help the privileged white guy I guess.
It's totally messed up that now you can't even try to enter raffles for exclusive shoes if you haven't already shopped there and have points. I only wear curtain brands and styles and not even being allowed a chance to purchase what I like from here is very disappointing. So maybe if I had a chance to buy, I would spend my money with them but I won't for the trash items that they want me to buy! And what few points I had from last year were reset at the new year so I have nothing with them. Looks like I won't ever be back here again. Y'all need a new procedure ASAP cause that ain't it!
This is a sad sad company the employees wow true winners true they need to go dig a hole and sit down in it somewhere in the company shaking my head just because it's taking 2 weeks to get my money back and it feels like they want me to forget about it shame on you finish line and your little employees your little minions sad sad case sad no supervisor one little girl she sound like she had her head in the fishbowl and just kept telling me no supervisor no manager like even if you're at home working there's somebody that you can send the people over to when they have a bigger problem wow that's all I can say and I won't be shopping with them anymore because the headache isn't worth it I was happy in previous purchases but this last one no thank you did none of the shoes fit they were all made small good thing I didn't have to take them all back I'll be going crazy all right now shop at your own discretion if you shop online it'll take you a month maybe to get your money back when they take your money right away but they want to drag their feet giving it back shame on you finish line no supervisors no managers no one that can give you your money back are you kidding me seems like a sham oh ho let's let's make them wait so they can forget not me I'm off for three days I'll be calling all three days yeah don't do it don't shop with finish line they may have a couple good bargains but you may have to get your shoes two sizes too big just so you can make sure they fit because returning them is out of the question all the store has all the two and $300 shoes there and you can get all the decent price shoes online and you better make sure they fit cuz you can't return it 100 thumbs down for you finish line 100 negative Stars for you negative and if I would have came to the reviews before I started shopping with you guys I would have never started deals or not yeah everybody have a nice day
I have tried numerous times to give my business to finish line. I only purchase shoes when exclusive drops come out like Jordan's and yeezy's. Even if you've never purchased shoes from footlocker, Footaction or champs you can enter the raffle. Finish line blocks you out, this was never the case in the past. Good luck I'll continue to purchase from the competitors.
Returned a pair of shoes that were too large. I saw they received the shoes but never refunded the money back so I called. Customer service (who barely spoke English), confirmed receipt of my shoes but said I had to request my money back. WTH? They just keep your returned merchandise and money unless you call them and ask for the money back? What a scam!
I am very sad to talk about Finish Line. For the past two orders that I have placed with Finish Line, they both have been packaged wrongly. I ordered one size and the box says the right size but the shoe has been a totally different size that I didn't order. I strongly encourage anyone that buys from Finish Line to always double check your items even if the box says the correct size. It still may be wrong.
Waited 5 hours for a drop. They told us we couldn't leave our spots in line. They only had 4 pairs and didn't say $#*!. Waited 5 hours for absolutely nothing.

I've ordered from finish line website a few times and when ordering from the website my experience has not been good. They've send out used and damaged products on multiple occasions.
I would like to start by pointing out that this company has a VERY low score with the BBB, it is obvious and unfortunate that I am not the only person who has had a horrible experience when making a purchase through this company. If you want to receive the product you purchased, and have a company value their customers, DO NOT SHOP HERE! I went to 3 different Finish Lines looking for the correct size of Kylie 7 for my daughter. After not being able to find the correct size (9M), I went to the internet to place my order. I placed the order, which was scheduled to arrive just in time for tryouts. On 10/29, I received the shoes as expected. However, when I opened the box, I found ONE shoe! I immediately contacted customer support. The agent on the phone tried to process my replacement several times, eventually coming on saying that they were experiencing "technical difficulties" and she would call back in 1 hour. THREE hours later, I missed the calls where she was letting me know that she had sent me a return label. She left the instructions to print the label, and take the shoes to the nearest UPS store, once they get the return they will process the replacement, which will take 4-6 business days to reach me. I paid $150, to provide my daughter with a new pair of shoes for tryouts, and now I don't have the shoes, or the money to go buy new shoes! Her tryouts are tomorrow! I am very unhappy with this overall experience, from my local stores, to the store that shipped my order, to customer support. I DO NOT feel like this is worth my time or money as a customer. When the company messed up they DID NOT go out of their way to make it right! They did absolutely NOTHING except abide by their normal "return policy!" I would understand if I had ordered the wrong size, but the company DID NOT provide the product that I PAID for within their GUARANTEED time frame!
Trash don't ever order at Finish Line you will not be getting the product that you want any time soon. Even after communicating with their customer services I have not received any package. Cancelling didn't work either. I had to threaten to sue before they reimbursed me. DO NOT ORDER FORM HERE.
I ordered a pair of shoes they shipped the wrong size and color. I tried to return them at the mall they said I was in able to. So I was able to mail them back. The customer service rep asked if I wanted a refund or exchange I said refund. She said it would take 5-7 days. Didn't receive anything. Called back an additional 4 times. Each call the rep said 5-7 days. I felt like they were giving me the run around. Called PayPal, disputed it. My money was back in my account the next day.
I ordered shoes for my son and about a week later I get a email saying they canceled my order. I called the next morning and talked to a guy who told me they no longer have my sons shoe size. What a bunch of bull $#*! knowing I ordered something and it take them a week later to let me know they don't have his size?! I will never shop with finish line again!
I shop in the store quite often. No problems. Ordered online on August 18th. Today is the 30th and my shoes still have not shipped! Although it says shipped on the email they sent on the 18th! I called and was told they r still n the warehouse. Im like I just want a refund. I was told No! They can't be refunded until I receive them! Please look elsewhere!

Answer: I wouldn't worry. They are a genuine company and they sell authentic products. It's usually easy to return if you are local to a brick and mortar store. To be honest, they ship quickly and the customer service reps are polite, they are just located over seas and sometimes there is language barrier. Also, most of the issues are during the holidays, I think. They are worth a try if you have a local store you can go into.
