Crappy Company

Garbage company. For a second it looked like a great deal for a pair of running shoes - after placing an order and assuming everything was fine, I got an email a day later saying that my order was partially canceled, the shoes bring removed only. Website still shows everything in stock in my size for the item, even though the customer service rep said they weren't. Because I found the deal through slickdeals, I went back to the deal thread and saw that that others were posting the exact issue had happened to them, in various other sizes. Extremely misleading and dishonest business behavior. I won't be purchasing from this company again.

Ruined christmas

I bought 7 pair Jordans for Christmas and 1 pair if the shoes was 150.00 and they sent me one shoe then made me wait for the shoes after telling me I would receive them in four days but know shoes then emailed me to say on the day of suppose to be delivery day to say send back the one shoe oh I know you rich and my money don't mean much but 700 bucks is a lot fa me and I do share it with only finish line never again yawl suck and yeah IM mad in they tried to give me 10 bucks please!

Deceptive Advertising - Beware!

Finish Line is notorious in advertising products that are no longer available. I have placed an order online in July 2022 (#*******247) and received an order cancellation notice. Out of approximately 9 products I ordered, 9 were not available. Fast forward today right after Christmas. I received an e-mail indicating Finish Line has started its after Christmas sale, so I went online, spent almost an hour ordering 5 items, checked out (#*******115), then a few minutes received a notification that my order got canceled...again!

I sent an e-mail to customer service twice and interestingly received identical responses from two different reps as follows: "My name is Christine [or Justine], and I will be happy to assist you with your order. I'm sorry JD Finish Line was not able to process your order. This could be attributed to no inventory available or insufficient/incorrect billing information."

Bottom line, based on two different occurrences 5 months apart as explained above, Finish Line has been negligently advertising heavily discounted items most likely to lure buyers to buy other products - a form of deceptive advertising.

Because of this, I will NEVER shop online at Finish Line again, and I will never visit any location bearing its name. If there is a rating lower than one, that is what this company deserves!

If you are a bargain shopper, give it a try and see how frustrated you will become.

Crappy company by far. They are also linked with JD Sports. Placed orders but within minutes it was cancelled. One service rep said it was because it was out of stock then transferred me to another rep so I could reorder, and she said they had plenty in stock. Waited on the phone for the order to process and she said everything was good to go then 2 minutes later the order was cancelled again. Two days later, I tried placing an order with JD Sports and the SAME thing happened. I called again but was on hold for so long I finally hung up. I highly recommend not ordering for them.

On 12/17 I ordered a pair of Women's Navy Converse sneakers from Finish Line for my daughter with the guarantee they would be delivered on 12/21-12/23 in time for Christmas. I would have gladly paid an expedited shipping charge if Finish Line hadn't provided that delivery assurance or I would have ordered from another company or tried to locate the sneakers at a local store. To add insult to injury I had to look at the transaction on my credit card statement to find a phone number for Finish Line since they never provided an email confirmation and wanted to check the delivery status. Upon calling customer service and waiting over 35 minutes on hold I was informed the sneakers would not be delivered until 12/27. I then asked where they were shipped from and how they were shipped and was informed they were shipped on 12/18 from CA via UPS ground. I'm not sure what this company was thinking but I can't imagine any ground service would be 3 days from CA to NY so why would they even make such a delivery guarantee? That said, it also should not take 10 days from CA to NY either. A bit of transparency from Finish Line would have been great, had I known the sneakers were coming from CA, I definitely would have made different arrangements in order to get this present here before Christmas.

Didn't get my order

Terrible customer service, I get email saying my shoes came I checked my porch I see nothing looked at my camera I seen not a delivery sent to me. I call to let them know and they started off saying they was looking into it and so they did one of the customer service rep even called me back cause he was investigating it, so he called back and apologized and supposed refunded me back one of the shoe cause they didn't have the size, but the other one they did which I was fine with that, week go back I still didn't get the shoe or refund for the other shoe so I called and they tell me they cant refund me i need check with my neighbor's or call ups, so when was y'all going call me back and tell me y'all decided not to refund me my stuff I never got! I will never shop with finish line again.

Poor customer service

I placed an order on Sunday night at 11 pm but the wrong color was selected. I called immediately and the company was closed, I called at 8 am when the company opened and spoke with a supervisor who said she would request a cancellation since she could not change the color. I called back the following day and was told after a tracking # is assigned they could not do anything. When I called the first day, a tracking number had not been assigned, in fact, the order had not been processed. A tracking number was not assigned until 5 hours after the call was placed. I have emails to prove it. I will never order from this company again, I mean ever again. I am turning this in to the better busines bureau as well. There is nothing on their site that says anything about this.

I want to share my experience with the finish line in Naples Florida went to visit the store to purchase several shoes for my kids and wife on 12/1/22 around 6:40 PM in the stores employees pretty much closed the gates at 6:40 PM according to the hours of coastland Mall or to 7 PM and they cannot give any explanation why the store was closed at 6:40 after work in a very long day of work and driving across town to get gifts for my family this is not the way of treating customers at all and again it was only 640 and the store closes at seven it seems like they have very poor management at that store especially now in the holidays I hope this is helpful for some people thank you have a great evening

Dirty sneakers

I order 2 pair of Air Force 1 let's just start with the packing was poor no paper in one of the box then the box is orange inside which stained the sneakers orange laces dirty my other pair look like someone stepped on them all bent up horrible I tried to get them replace just for them for them to say they of out of stock for my items how inconvenient timing horrible waited for my order in a timely manner and they just ruined every thing finish line will not get my business don't even want to get into to refund process longer to get your money back "refund"

Poor customer service

I ordered a pair of air ones. The item was never delivered. However they sent an email saying congrats your order was delivered today. I called customer service the representative I spoke to clearly did not understand English. I asked several time to speak to her manager however the rep kept on insisting she will email me a refund. I will not be ordering online again

I recently visited finish line in roosevelt field mall and I encounter the most unpleasant dealing with one of the female staff employed in finish line store inside macy's. First she ignored me when I tried to get her attention, second when I asked for the size her tone of voice was so obnoxious and extremely rude. Any potential buyer would work away from this even if they are the last store standing. Never again I put the step in that store. I wouldn't give 1 star if it is not mandatory

I ordered nike airforce 1s and they came within about 3 days and were great. Despite you not being able to cancel your order the return policy is pretty good. Thank you finish line.

Customer Service isn't serving anyone but finishline

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Finishline. First, I order a pair of shoes. On the day my shoes were to arrive, I got a notification saying, " The receiver has moved. We're attempting to obtain a new delivery address for this receiver. / The package will be returned to the sender." What I found out was the UPS did not correctly carry over the apartment address which was listed correctly in my confirmation email after purchase. When I told Finishline this, they could care less and just continued with the conversation about how I would receive my package after it arrives and they resend it, 4-6 business days. I asked if there was any way to get the shipping upgraded due to the inconvenience and they said they could not. I voiced my frustration and again, they could not care less and repeated their lines. When the customer service representative continued, she told me that once the package was resent, I should check with UPS to ensure my package address is listed correctly. That blows my mind. Finishline, who I would imagine would want to keep their customers happy doesn't even have the quality control to ensure the shipping address had been properly added by their third party shipping company. So after 15 minutes I was basically told, "sorry, we'll resend it but you'll need to wait 4-6 more days after the 4-6 you've already waited and verify your address yourself with the shipping company since we don't check for you to ensure this doesn't happen again". I will use Amazon next time. Finishline is the worst customer experience I have had in recent memory.

Today is Tuesday Sep 13th 2022
At the Bellevue Square Washington state
An employee refused to help after I told him the price tag says 55$ for the shoes and he said it's ringing 70$ and he have no idea how to change the price,
I asked him to call someone or if there's a manger, he grabbed the box and said this is a $#*!y company and there's no one to help
And I don't want to help you
I went to a corner and called the Finish line Customer Service the lady asked me about everything and put me on hold and the she came back with ( actually we can't change the price) and I'm gonna write your complaint,
I noticed that the guy returned the shoes with the same tag 55$ to same place,
Ok guys I want to buy that shoes again, what should I do!?
The employee was playing with his phone calling someone laughing and saying bad words.
I went to the door to go home he looked at me and said ( go home ( the B word))
The lady at Macy's looked at me and tried to call a manger ( Macy's Manger) I complained to her and went home
And no one called me or answered to my msg
I called the store and asked for a manger the lady put me on hold then she hang up on me.

Won't take returns

I ordered the wrong size Air Force ones for my daughter. They would not take them back, saying she wore them. She tried them on at home and that was it. Never shop here. The staff is also terrible at Albertville mall, mn.

I ordered sneakers for my kids 2 weeks ago, only received 1 pair in the mail. Waited a few days to see if the other two would come in never came. Had to wait 45 minutes on the phone for a representative just to tell me they lost my order and would have to submit for a replace needless to say school starts in two days and spent 200 on something I still don't have. I never received a email or anything letting me know there was something v wrong with the order of I have been notified I would have done it on time for them to be able to start school with there shoes. I would never order with them online again

We purchased the men's ultraboost DNA 1.0 sneaker for my 15 yr old son... didn't last a month and got a hole in them... returned under 45 days and they were returned back to me stating "possible fraud" no satisfaction at all on honoring their policy, sending me another pair, etc. Talked to customer service before sending them in... and again after sent back... NO satisfaction at all... said to address it with Adidas.com! We have bought these sneakers many times for our 2 boys and NEVER have they gotten a hole in under a month... I will Never buy from finishline again!

Store 651 in Florida

My family had a layover that allowed us to grab a meal and visit the mall. We had a superb encounter with the Finishline representative (id#*******). We were having issues and she was so patient and friendly. Thanks for assisting us and making the California family feel welcomed!
