3 attmpts to work with them. Ordered a pair of 6.5 women Van's shoes. First they sent two different sizes and style shoes in the box. Contacted customer service and returned them to recieve a a pair of 7.5 mens, 9 in women's. Returned those and after customer service acknowledged the order is for a pair of 6.5 women's they sent another pair of 7.5 men's. I have to keep spending my time returning the shoes and they can't seem to get the size right. I would think a shoe company would know better.
I made an online order and opened the box to see creased and filthy Air Forces. Absolutely disgusting.
Upon entering in the Carolina Place Mall Finish Line we seen 3 of the same shoes priced at $160, $160, & $70. We were assisted by a sales associate and she seen the shoes pricing as well. We told her the sizes we wanted and she then proceeded to speak with a member of her management. After going to retrieve the 3 pairs of the Nike Air 97 and we tried them on the associate rung up one pair. She stated rhe total price was $168.**. My mother in law asked what happened to the $70 price. The manager who spoke with us stated the shoe was missed marked. This was never told to us prior to retrieving the shoes from the back that the shoes were at the $160 price. We were then approached by another employee who failed to properly explain what should have taken place. It just really is sad where this Finish Line has a group of ignorant Black humans working with the public Very disrespectful and inappropriately dressed for the business. I was very disappointed and Finish Line has left a very Distasteful mark with me.
Shoes are very clean and very comfortable. Very satisfied with Finish Line. I will recommend this store to my friends.
Honestly, I am not sure where all of this Finish Line hate is coming from. Literally a week ago, I ordered some Nike shoes in a men's size 10. A week later, they come in perfect condition and in my size! For 40 dollars as well! I honestly don't see what y'all are complaining about and you shouldn't have a reason to. Finish Line, 5 out of 5 stars. Haters, COME AT ME.
I've shopped faithfully for years at Finish Line.

I wear Nike's every day & own a lot of sneakers, almost every pair bought from Finish Line.
I received an online order today I placed Sunday.
When I opened the box I was shocked to see 2 different sneakers.
They weren't even the same size.
I ordered the white & grey.
The wrong sneaker looked like it had been worn & was yellowed.
I was actually wearing my pair of the white
(wrong) sneakers, they're over 3 yrs old & they look better than the sneaker I received!
I called customer service & explained what happened & that I'd like to reorder them & asked if they could send them express or rush shipping ( their quickest options) free of charge due to the error.
They told me no, you're free to return them & exchange or reorder. Seriously?!?!
Of course I know I have those options.
Mistakes happen, but the fact they're unwilling to assist a customer in making an error right is unacceptable to me.
I guess it's time to find another sneaker store.
It's been 8 days in total, five of them with the order just sitting in limbo I suppose, and now three more since a label says it's been created and awaiting carrier pickup...
This company need to hire good people to handle customer complaints.I bought a sneaker for my son and pay for ups shipping, I was shipped with ups but end up in local post office.the post office some how misplaced my package.I spoke to finish line customer service and was promised to get a replacement with 2days shipping.when I called next day to verify if package was shipped, It was not and they telling me to go pick up my package at post office.after I explained in plain english that the package is lost by post office.I ask to speak to a manager but was not allowed to speak to manager...I wont be buying nothing here again.they should start the star count from zero not 1 so i can give them zero instead of 1 star

Order placed on 2/5. After checking my email for tracking information I noticed there wasn't any updates. I call and find out that my order was "lost". So if I didn't call I wouldn't receive my package? Unacceptable. I had to call again and they stated they would expedite my shipping which was a lie. After 4 days I am still waiting to receive my show. Unbelievable. Neve shopping here again!
My son purchased a pair of expensive tennis shoes from Finish Line. He wore them one time but they hurt his feet so he went to exchange them for a larger size. He was advised that they do not accept ANY shoes that have been worn. This is so ridiculous. We will not be patronizing ANY FINISH LINE store again. If you want to be treated with care and concern you may want to consider purchasing merchandise elsewhere.
I waited 7 days to receive 1 shoe to then be told to wait 9 days for both shoes.Make it make sense... I will not be ordering online with Finish Line Again. Unacceptable
After 5 day of waiting for my purchase they sent me a email saying that they don't have the product in inventory and that good thing is you need to wait 72 hour for get your money back
I cancel my service and they still taken from my account,and no luck contact finish line.so had to order a new debit card.they will rob your bank account,and the car wash put scrathes on my vehicles.
I wish I saw these reviews before I ordered my husbands shoes. I ordered a pair of Nikes and they were to be delivered on a Wednesday, Sunday came alone still no shoes. I tracked the package shows that it was at the post office on Tuesday I messaged someone on the chat she was extremely rude and told me if I wanted to cancel or get a refund. I couldn't wait for the replacements bc they were a birthday gift for my husband so I canceled my order. It's been 3 days and no refund not even showing the item was canceled. If an item shows it will arrive a certain day it should arrive that day. Very frustrating will not shop at finish line again Nike would never do this.
Missing order of running shoes. I called them and they could see my order but didn't know why it hadn't been sent to me. They then reimbursed me but deducted $10. Would never buy from them again and would not recommend to anybody, too many problems.
Received wrong product, sent that item back the same day with expectation of receiving right product before Christmas. However never received so I canceled order so I could purchase again in time for Christmas, and they will not refund my original payment! Have been told multiple different things in the 3 weeks I've been dealing with this and absolutely no one can or will refund the 230.$
I placed an online order on December 28th at 3:09 am. Received an email at 11:50 stating my order was cancelled and not giving me a reason why. I contacted the online chat option and the customer service representative said it was because of a website issue. She couldn't tell me what specifically the issue was. Since I didn't really get a reason I called the customer service number that was provided in the email. I spoke to a gentleman who I had problems understanding. Basically he told me that the website had issues and they had to cancel my order. The representative also told me that the coupon code I entered wasn't valid. I never entered a code. He mentioned false advertisement, which I didn't understand why he mentioned it, but I told him that this wasn't a way to conduct business. I asked to talk to a supervisor and I was told no! They were busy talking to other customers with the same issue! I've never heard of such poor business policies and I will never purchase anything from them again! Don't waste your time and money with a company who doesn't care about the consumer

My daughter opened her Christmas gift and the white NIKE AIR MAX 97 had a pink stain on them. I took them to JD SPORTS and they refused to give me a refund because it was past 45 days. They told me that I could have put the stain on the shoe MYSELF and had to mail the defective sneaker back to finish line. I called finish line and they told me I had to contact the MANUFACTURER! What? Now NIKE says I have to file a CLAIM? THE CONSUMER HAS TO FILE A CLAIM WITH NIKE TO GET A REFUND FOR A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT! I PURCHASE A $100 PAIR OF NIKE SNEAKERS WITH A PINK STAIN ON THEM AND I HAVE TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER? What a hassle and inconvenience let alone being told that I could have put the stain on them. DONT TAKE A CHANCE ORDERING NIKE FROM FINISH LINE. THIS COULD BE YOU.
Answer: Not if you wanted the shoes after they take your money.
Answer: I wouldn't worry. They are a genuine company and they sell authentic products. It's usually easy to return if you are local to a brick and mortar store. To be honest, they ship quickly and the customer service reps are polite, they are just located over seas and sometimes there is language barrier. Also, most of the issues are during the holidays, I think. They are worth a try if you have a local store you can go into.
