We've tried a few other big names but Find My Shift was by far the smartest when it came to features. Great job!

A little wary at first with yet another on-line rota software system, but having used the free trial with my team of 8, we proceeded to purchase and have been using for just over a month now. The system itself is very simple for editing, moving and creating shifts, staff and facilities. All my staff can see when, where and how they'll be working as well as been able to see each other (an option you can turn off) to help each other with covers, holidays, etc. Overall it's an excellent package for a very reasonable price. I've even had my team donate money to it because they were that happy with it!

We have been using Findmyshift in our business for over 6-months now and we are finding it extremely useful to schedule all of our service and support labour within the Company.

We use Findmyshift to schedule our resources (people) along with the equipment and type of job that they are scheduled to work on as a visual reminder to everyone in the company on what work and resources are planned into the future. This is the best "visual" scheduling tool that we have seen, and beats hands-down Outlook and spreadsheet types of scheduling systems.

We colour code the type of job planned using the Job Types facility and we are now using the notice board facility to keep track of open service issues or reminders to staff - both service and sales on opportunities for further customer training in the future.

Hi Andy, yes this is possible and there a few ways of doing it depending on your company. If you have managers at each location who need full control of their own rotas then your best option would be to create separate rotas for each location. Even when separated it is still possible to generate reports combining data from all of your rotas. Alternatively, if your rota managers are centralised and look after all of the locations together you can rename "facilities" to "locations" and then assign locations to your staff on the rota below each of their shifts. If you'd like some more help, please get in touch - - or you can try the system free for 30 days to see if it does what you need it to -
