We have been using Findmyshift in our business for over 6-months now and we are finding it extremely useful to schedule all of our service and support labour within the Company.

We use Findmyshift to schedule our resources (people) along with the equipment and type of job that they are scheduled to work on as a visual reminder to everyone in the company on what work and resources are planned into the future. This is the best "visual" scheduling tool that we have seen, and beats hands-down Outlook and spreadsheet types of scheduling systems.

We colour code the type of job planned using the Job Types facility and we are now using the notice board facility to keep track of open service issues or reminders to staff - both service and sales on opportunities for further customer training in the future.
