I received an email from this company advising I was going to receive filters per an Auto Delivery order I had placed. I was not familiar with such an order. Tried to contact company. Sat on hold for 30+ minutes no one ever answered. Email says to communicate with them I need to go through my "Client Portal" on their website. I don't have any record of creating an account so not sure how they expect me to utilize that channel. Only good news is that I cancelled my credit card that they referenced in their email. (October 2,2017)
Filters arrive quickly. However, refrigerator water filters are not packaged properly and usually arrive broken. The manufacturers pack them in thin paperboard boxes. FiltersFast puts them in a floppy plastic shipping bag instead of a cardboard box. This combination offers zero protection and the plastic filters are usually broken in shipping.
Really like the quick service, prices and free shipping. We appreciated being informed when our product was backordered. Have had no problems with the ordering process.
Great cost, fits my refrigerator, hope it filters as well as the Kenmore/Sears product.
Took a long time to get here but it was free shipping.
All in all I'd say FilterFast (or not so fast) is a good option mostly because of the price point.

I believe this is the third time I've ordered a three-pack for my Samsung refrigerator and they are as good as the single ones I purchased before@ retail for $50.00 each.

I signed up for the program they offer, so every 6 months, we will receive the new filters we need for the house. I originally ordered a Filter. For some reason, your shipping people used an address that was unrecognizable. I was able to track the shipment only one time. The filter was on it's way to Alaska and when I inquired why, I was told that as soon as the Filter was returned to your firm, my money would be returned. I proceeded to order another filter and it was delivered very well. I again inquired about the return of the money spent on the filter that was God knows where and I was again told that it had not been returned and if it was returned, my money would be refunded. That did it. Over a month had passed and I informed your people that You had made the address mistake--Not me! I threatened a lawsuit even though the money involved was only about $20.00. Pretty quickly, I received an email saying they had entered a credit to my PayPal account. Why does a customer have to go through this kind of misery when the problem was clearly the fault of your firm. I may or may not use your firm again.
