Dear Team Fiinovation,
About six months ago, we received two post-dated cheques from your end along with a letter, as already mentioned earlier. One cheque has bounced, and the other was stopped.
A short while ago, I spoke with Ms. Sangeeta, who handles refunds. But frankly, it's extremely difficult to reach her — every time we call, we're told she's in a meeting, not available, or out of the office. When she did speak, she said the refund cheque will only be processed if we delete our review.
Please explain — what kind of practice is this? Our NGO made an advance payment, and instead of refunding it, your team continues to draw salaries every month while withholding NGO funds. That's completely unacceptable.
We've clearly said that we will not delete our review until the cheque is cleared. The public deserves to know how NGOs are being treated. We're attaching the letter and both cheques for your reference.

Finnovation has cheated lot of NGOs. Taken lacs of Rupees of NGOs in the name of CSR Funding. Absolute cheaters. Filed case in civil court against the company.

We have been loot in term of many lakhs anyone please help we will reward. It's four years yet no response, many North eastern india ngo's were looted. I wander still this kind of fraud company exist in our capital.

Generating CSR funds for local NGO's was easier than expected, with their global wing, including all legal, financial and deployment procedures considering this was a cross country campaign. They collected an upfront fee of 4% of the value of the fund. Once paid, they connected within a business week. I didn't had account of their research division which scouts new NGO's as well. They behaved well and were professional. While I have worked with multiple CEOs, the CEO of IFA is visionary and has the finest grasp in this domain. They are reachable within their working hours.

They will ask to have an agreement with 10% advance, after getting the cheque nothing will be expedited and they will not refund your money simply give excuse please do not waste your money and time with them.
