Scam? Had to give one star to post it only

I ordered 2 lamps they made me do papal. Took the money no lamps. Their phone number and e mail are fictitious. Called the post office said I had to call the company. I tracked package last in woodstck va I am in Delaware. Must be fake package non deliverable.
