Please beware of purchasing Candlelight Concert tickets with Fever! The experiences are different from what is described; you will be issued with the wrong band of tickets, and you will not get your money back.
I booked tickets for a concert on their website. Clicked on a particular date when I booked, but the tickets came out for another date. Contacted the customer service less than 5 minutes after purchase and realising this, and asked them to change the date to the one I planned initially. Were inflexible and said it couldn't be done. Referred simply to T&C, and even if I explained the reasons, there was no attempt to meet halfway. Not interested in customer satisfaction, obviously. Will NEVER use them again. Prefer to purchase directly tickets from the vendor, no intermediaries! And if not available, prefer not going to the event.

Avoid purchasing from them!
After cancelling your ticket or changing its date as they wish they won't refund, this is their official response:
"Thanks for contacting Fever!
We have analyzed your case and we want to offer you the option to cancel your ticket and issue a voucher that you can use in our Fever app to purchase a different option for the same plan...
We'd like to remind you that Fever tickets are non-refundable and non-amendable, however, in this case we are able to give you this option to continue enjoying Fever plans."
Hello Andy. We apologize for the inconveniences caused by the cancellation of your event. Please reach us at customer_satisfaction@feverup.com so we can reopen your case and offer you a suitable solution!
FeverUp is a worldwide events promoter/organizer that hosts some of the silliest events with relatively poor performances at exorbitantly high prices and then provides terrible customer service. Even though you'll have timed ticketed events, you'll find long lines, poor organization, poor flow, and that you are not getting your money's worth. And if you try to get help, their customer service is horrible.
Hello Michael! We regret to hear that your experience with us has not been the best. We will make sure to forward your comments to the appropriate department so they take them into account moving forward. Regards.
Thank you, Feverup for the smooth rescheduling of 3 tickets for my friends and I (original ticket ID ******* for my ticket) though we noticed we were all charged additional fees in different amounts. Can you please refund the additional charge made to my Visa ending in... 3889 (new ticket ID: *******as we would not have moved our event date if the weather had not been hazardous to drive in. This would increase my 3 star rating to 5 stars for customer service satisfaction. Thank you. Sincerely, Thelma Beck
Hello Thelma. Thank you so much for your review! Please contact our User Support team again, so they can reopen your case and assist you properly. Kind regards.
I bought two tickets from the Fever website. In order to view the tickets you have to download their app on your phone, there's no other way of doing it. I was checking my tickets when a sign popped up saying "purchase complete". I had no idea I was ordering anything or what it was I was supposed to have ordered and I definitely didn't want it. I immediately contacted them to be told (after five days) there were no refunds. Mine is not an isloated incident, I've read of many other people this has happened to.
I've now deleted their app before anything else like this can happen again.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Purchased tickets for an event and the venue said they overbooked so we were not able to go in. Seemed like only tickets purchased through "Fever" were rejected! # days now, and fever has not gotten back to me.
Hello, Sue. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please reach us at customer_satisfaction@feverup.com, so we can properly assist you.
REVISION to first review: Very poor instructions; convoluted access to tickets. Must download Fever app; click on ticket button, but it was not there. Finally found phone #; got QR codes emailed. Needed to resell [COVID], but help site was slow; never answered how to transfer codes to Stubhub. $337 lost. FEVERUP.com ticket access too complicated, had me going in circles; should switch to more conventional ticket access. For a while, I thought it was a SCAM. Will never buy from them again.
Hello Marlene. We are sorry to hear that you didn't find our app convenient, but we appreciate your honest feedback. We'll take it into account to improve moving forward. Please feel free to contact our User Support team if there is anything else we can assist with. Thank you.
My purchased and paid for event tickets for Titanic L.A. Have now cancelled for the 3rd time without even any explanation as to why. I have had to rearrange my schedule 3 times. Once in February and twice this month because of this. I actually flew home from an important family issue just to see the exhibit and then the tickets cancelled for the 2nd time. Now it is the 3rd time. This company FEVER is horrible! I still want to see the exhibit but I can not figure out when a better time/day would be to book and the run is almost over. Very frustrating and time wasting!
Please reach us at customer_satisfaction@feverup.com so we can reopen your case and offer you a suitable solution. We apologize for the inconveniences!
Contacted them about getting a carers ticket, they were great, sent me an email which they asked me to reply to with my evidence, within a few minutes I had an email back with a voucher code to get my free carers ticket, no issues whatsoever. Great service!
Thank you for such a positive review, Lindsey! We're thrilled to hear that your experience with us has been this positive :)
Do not book with this company! I purchased two tickets for the bubble experience in Toronto for January 7th 2024. The event was not ready for that date, so they gave us a voucher that expired in 60 days. The event is still not up and running and because I missed the rebooking of 60 days they have taken my money and didn't responded to my email. This is a scam and a complete money grab! Don't waste your money, they just steal it!
Please reach us at customer_satisfaction@feverup.com so we can reopen your case and offer you a suitable solution. We apologize for the inconveniences!
We attended this concert heavily publicized on Feverup: a nice atmosphere but unacceptably poor sound conditions for the people located on the balcony, and a quite poor interpretation work except for a too short excerpt of a wonderful Shostakovitch famous piece. If it were free, no pb, but a mere waste of 30 bucks per person.
Hello. We regret to hear that our event did not meet your expectations. We hope that this does not deter you from attending any other future events of ours. We will make sure to forward your comments to the appropriate department for them to take it into account moving forward.
We were unable to attend a fever event due to several of our party catching Covid. When we reached out to Fever for help with our tickets, they waited until after the event to respond, and when they did it was "sorry, no refunds/changes". Pretty terrible experience.
Hello, Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Please, contact us at customer_satisfaction@feverup.com to help you with your case. We apologize for the inconvenience!
Tried to get a refund when I got Covid and we have to isolate. They won't refund. Instead I got charged another ticket. It's impossible to complain to anyone. Terrible company to deal with. It's a scam!
Hello, Bel. We're sad to read that your experience with us wasn't worthy of more stars. Our specialized team is willing to reassess your case. Please contact us at customer_satisfaction@feverup.com. Looking forward to seeing you again soon.
Be aware when you buy tickets that the company makes no exceptions when you can't make the event. I bought tickets to the Pink Floyd Tribute candlelight concert as a birthday present for my 91 year old mom. On my way to pick her up, my car broke down. Before I even called the tow truck, I emailed Fever that I couldn't make the concert. I asked that if a refund couldn't be given, could we get a credit towards another concert. I said I could provide the tow receipt, the mechanic receipt, even a picture of the car getting towed as proof of the incident preventing us from getting to the concert. They emailed back 2 days later and said no refunds, no credits. So 2 seats went empty and the company still took my money. Wouldn't buy from them again.
Hello Sabrina! As per the terms & conditions, tickets are non-refundable.If you're unhappy with the resolution offered to you, feel free to get back in touch with us at customer_satisfaction@feverup.com indicating your ticket ID and one of our agents will be more than happy to reopen your case and explore the possibility of offering you an alternative solution :)
Beware of this company's inflexible policies. I noticed an error in a booking (went through for the wrong day) and they said they wouldn't change it, so now we are out the money and couldn't go to the experience. It was obviously an error and I reached out the moment I got the confirmation email. Why make it hard on customers? Really disappointed and it was a birthday gift for my husband. Looking at these other reviews I am confident this error was on the Fever platform and not me. I selected my husband's birthday and got tickets issued for a week before. So disappointed that they know of this issue and don't care.

Worst company to work for. If you can avoid it at all costs, do it. The training is the absolute worst I have ever encountered, they tell you it's 3 weeks of training, lies!, they rush train you for a week and then put you to work, unsure of what needs to be done, they expect you to do the amount of calls/chats/emails as someone thats been in the company for years. It is insanity, they dont like you asking questions, and when you do and it is something they do not like, they ignore you, do not answer you at all, and im talking about HR, your Team Leader etc. All paperwork you sign is in their system (unless you are savvy enough to make copies and safe keep them, you are SOL when you are fired, because they lock you out of EVERYTHING before they tell you youre fired, even the 2 free candlelight tickets (that are rightfully yours) they give you as a "bonus" for getting hired, thats also in their system, with the company's email, so if you didnt use it, you wont get it, the weekly bonus its a joke, you will never ever ever get it, NEVER. They Pay the 27th of each month, and if you got fired before(lets say) the 27th, they ask you to refund the remaining days of the month that you got paid for, when you are salary and have sick days accumulated (which they try to not pay them out) Its a petty company and they have a huge revolving door, no one stays. They only tell you..."you are not a good fit for the company" fire you on the spot without any other explanation. Its a waste of time people... stay away...unless you want to get treated horrible, stay away.
Had tix for the Banksy exhibit in Los Angeles, it was supposed to open late August and I had tix for the end of Sept. Get there and the exhibit is still being set up, I could see and hear hammering and that the lobby was in complete disarray. Unbelievable, that they did not send out emails telling people and letting them know how they would be either reimbursed or get tix for later dates. A woman was there who was helping people and said that 56 people showed up the day before, and when I was there in the morning there were at least 4 other couples who were there as well. I will never buy tix through this company again.

I bought tickets via a heavily marketed and slick Instagram link. The date approached and the venue wasn't announced. A vague venue link was posted on their website for the Atheneum theatre Melbourne, but we turned up (with 30 other disgruntled people) to find the venue booked for another event.
8 emails later and terrible customer service, they are refusing to refund me.
After a bit if googling, this seems typical. Its a scam, don't waste your money!

Answer: It's easy to get a hold of them but that doesn't matter since no one will actually help you. All they do is tell you too bad sucks to be you.
Answer: The only reason I chose Fever was the candlelight concert. It wasn't offered on a better site.
