I screwed up applying the gift card our son gave us for Christmas at the time of purchasing our tickets to the Monet experience. Our credit card was charged instead. Isabel did a great job of helping us to straighten it all out. She was very professional and pleasant.
Now that I see the negative reviews on this company, I'm sure my review will just add to those. This review is not about the Diana exhibit but in trying to reschedule 1 of the 4 tickets purchased. The rescheduling was because of Covid. This company has been horrible to deal with and has responded in about six different ways. First it was no problem, just get proof of Covid. Then you try and submit the proof and they don't require it. Then they tell you it's too late even though the rescheduling request for sent the day before the event. I would never book anything through this company again.

I made a mistake in oderfing tickets and wanted a refund. The online Customer Service was excellent. Each time the emails I sent were answered promptly. Although the refund took quite sometime. But when the Fever Team ensured me they are on top of it which I finally have received my refund back.
Hello Angela. We are glad to hear the issue was solved, and you are happy with the assistance you received. Thank you for your honest feedback and positive review!
Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Staff were kind and flexible as we did run slightly late.
The voiceover was a little odd and quite fast at times leaving a little more detail being desired.
Overall very good and would recommend. Certainly brought on motivation to look in to the individual stories a little further!
Thank you
Hello, Jack. We are thrilled to receive such a great rating, thank you! We at Fever look forward to seeing you again soon in any of our plans.
Last evening showed up at the venue - Chabot Space and Science Theatre for the Candlelight w/Adele music. There was no concert scheduled there at all. There were so many people that showed up to see the show. There was a family that drove 2 + hours to the concert to celebrate the father's Birthday.
This company is a scam. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and am considering filing a Small Claims. This company knows what's it's doing and they don't care. I guess they sit there laughing as people pay their money and show up to concerts that are non-existent...Shame on them. I will never buy another ticket from this company...see you in court Fever.com!

I purchased 2 tickets for an event & then needed to change the time. The site says to cancel your tickets & you will get a credit that will automatically apply at checkout when you repurchase. So I cancel and repurchase but realized I only bought 1 ticket. I go back to purchase the other ticket and instead of applying the remaining credit I was charged. The site says this sometimes there multiple charges and to wait a few days and the charge will come off. I wait 3 days charge is still there so I call and customer service basically says it was my fault no refund. Terrible experience and a terrible way to conduct business I do not recommend using them at all. A company with no accountability equals a headache for you.

My daughter bought one ticket, but Feverup can't find the ticket associated to the payment card...Even after sending them evidence of the bank deduction they deny it.
There is no possibility to call anywhere to discuss...Total scam, avoid using this company!

I have been charged by Fever for a lunch in a restaurant in Madrid that is closed. When i told the support about it in a chat they said they will get back to me within 72 hours with a SOLUTION. When I mentioned that the solution needs to be now in a form of refund, the support person said: "we are closing the chat but you can keep writing". They are a bunch of thieves! Cannot be trusted as they charge for fake services!

Fever's customer service is awesome - they have tons of ways to connect you with a rep for help. Plus, the follow-up emails include a transcript of your conversation and invite you to ask more questions if needed. Awesome service!
Thank you for your 5-star review, Marco! We're happy to hear that our agents were able to assist you to your satisfaction :)
I bought 3 tickets for August 4th. When I look at the date written on the tickets it says July 28th, so I call for them to correct their error, the person on the line literally tells me that their system has made an error, but that they can't refund me because the date on the tickets has passed! The biggest fraud possible. I'm going to file a consumer protection complaint.

Bought tickets for van gogh, representative had to help me do the app thing on phone. Wanted to reschedule/ Cancel the original tickets 6 days prior to show ( well within timeframe), due to my having covid. She said monies would show up in voucher wallet and I could use voucher to reschedule to another date. Original tickets cancelled, no monies showed up in Wallet. Representative admitted sometimes vouchers don't go thru. Have been on phone, email, I am out money and my tickets are cancelled. They offered an absurd solution to pay for another set of tickets THEN they would refund me my original cost? I'm supposed to trust them to do that. They have my money. Their app voucher system is not working. My tickets are cancelled. I have read other reviews saying the same thing

I made a mistake with a purchase, and they initially told me that I could get a refund. Later, they said I couldn't get my money back after all, without providing any reason.
If you buy tickets for 1000 DKK and don't want them, they'll give you a voucher for 1000 DKK, but you can't get your money back.
If you then want to buy cheaper tickets for 400 DKK, you can use the voucher, but you lose the remaining 600 DKK, and there's apparently nothing you can do about it...
It's incredibly shabby, and they operate under different rules because they are foreign, even though the tickets are for a Danish show in Copenhagen.
NEVER use them.

We arrived 5 mins late to our event (we drove 45 minutes into an area we were unfamiliar with) and they would not let us in. Contacted Feverup afterwards and they would not help us. We did not ask for a refund, just a credit or transfer to a later time. They sent us a generic email stating that we agreed to the terms and there was nothing they can do. Buyer beware, they don't care and just want your money.

They sold me tickets for an event that was over. When I complained they said the small print says tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded. I don't believe I clicked on a wrong date but even if I did the system should not have allowed the purchase to continue for something that was over. I said I would agree to a credit but they weren't interested.

I have spent hours of my life talking to Fever support, spanning from October of 2022 to January of 2023, over 6 tickets for a Vivaldi show in Toronto, totalling over 400 CAD. The customer service is poor at best, with policies that only apply to some customers. At the end of all this, my partner was refunded the exact same tickets (although he has way fewer of them, which begs the question of financial motivation), purchased at the same time, on a service call at the same time as mine, while I was told there are no refunds. The best part of all this? We first cancelled because the family got covid, and we are now requesting refunds because I have long covid. Nothing like being super sick and being scammed by a company's "policy".
Hello Michelle! As per the terms & conditions, tickets are non-refundable. We are sorry we couldn't provide you with a better solution for your case.
Reviewing the Nashville performance on 12/22/21- For a string quartet performance, the one thing that is necessary is to be in tune. The players were not in tune with themselves- specifically the first violinist and cellist. Disappointed in this performance. The soloist was not skilled, either. Attend if you would like tips on what not to do for your Philharmonic Audition.
Hello Mary. We regret to hear that our event did not meet your expectations. We hope that this does not deter you from attending any other future events of ours. We will make sure to forward your comments to the appropriate department for them to take it into account moving forward.
The Haunted Tavern: A Dark Pop-Up Cocktail Experience - Minneapolis. We went to this last night at the Gale mansion in MPLS. The tickets were over $50. Each. The drinks were tasty, although extremely small (like 4-6 oz cups). The venue was pretty, however we could only stay in one over packed room and didn't get to explore the Mansion at all. There were about 15 more people than they had table and chair space for so our group ended up getting put in chairs that they had to scrounge up, sitting in the back, in a row, behind all the tables. Nobody seemed to care. Nobody appologized. All the tables were packed in.

Saw a black Friday sale so decided to order some tickets. I didn't see an option to put in the promo code so I clicked through thinking there would be another page. Not only was there not another page to get the black Friday deal but it processed the transaction at full price. When I reached out to customer service they told me tickets are not refundable and made no offer to honor the black Friday sale. Seems pretty scummy to offer a sale and then not have a way to redeem it.

I have had a few instances where I had to postpone my plans I got through fever. In these times (pandemic and such), it's great to work with a customer service team that supports you and works with you like fever has for me. I'm very impressed.
Hello Allyson! Thank you for your positive review. We're pleased to hear that your experience with our customer service has always been outstanding :)
The show was fantastic but the organizer which is FEVER will give you fever on how they organized the show, they advertised that VIP ticket holders will have the opportunity to meet and greet the performers after the show but no one from Fever came forward and guide the guest to do so! They instead hurriedly herded everyone out of the venue after the show to give way for the next show! Pure incompetence really! Will never buy from this people again.

Answer: It's easy to get a hold of them but that doesn't matter since no one will actually help you. All they do is tell you too bad sucks to be you.
Answer: The only reason I chose Fever was the candlelight concert. It wasn't offered on a better site.
