My partner and I attended the Van Gogh exhibition in London last week. We have been to similarly priced Frameless and Lightbox exhibits recently and enjoyed them very much. I went to the Van Gogh projected exhibit in Hyde Park a few years back and loved it as well. We have also booked some concert tickets with Fever Up and they were fine.
The Van Gogh exhibition was shocking for nearly £50. It looked like a college art product and we left after walking through it as fast as we could. It wasn't at all like the pictures which were incredibly misleading and we were shocked. Many online reviews which we found afterward agreed.
My partner emailed and asked for a refund. No response. I downloaded the app to request a refund on the chat- the AI can't do that and there is no real person. I called 3 times to request a refund since and even though I was told it would be sorted ASAP, nothing has happened. Then the app wasn't working at all so I couldn't log in to get the phone number to call. Found another email and emailed again 3 days ago and
I've been jovial so far and have refrained from escalating this but I will if I don't have an immediate refund. The pictures online don't look like the exhibit. This is a misrepresentation under the 2008 consumer act. It wasn't as bad as the Glasgow Willy Wonka exhibit compared to the photos but was pretty bad.

After two weeks of no response other than a holding email, immediately responded to me after this review was posted. Offered a £15 voucher for future use which isn't acceptable.
Where to begin? Originally, I purchased 2 tickets (plus extra fee for flex- cancellation) for a Candlelight Halloween concert in Allentown PA in Oct. 2024. After arriving at our hotel we found out many roads, schools and businesses were closing down on the day of the concert due to a Presidential rally. I tried to contact Feverup to see if they were cancelling the concert. I could not get any response from them. Without notice Feverup cancelled the concert. Next, I tried to contact them several times for a refund, Feverup gave a credit to use within 60 days. This time we went to Atlantic City in December 2024 (costing us another overnight stay) for a Christmas Candlelight Concert. We arrived an hour before the doors were supposed to open (as suggested because once the doors are closed they won't let you in) However, we were turned away because the musicians were not there yet! We were told to come back in 30 mins, they were on their way and still had to setup and have a practice warm up! At this point I was beginning to wonder is this a scam? Eventually we did get in to see the concert. And while the music and venue were nce, it was nothing like they present in their advertisiment. But hey, I was glad to be done with this concert transaction. Or so I thought. While I was in the concert, Feverup charged my credit card without my authorization. They charged me for a magic show in NYC for the same time and night I was watching the Christmas Concert!. I guess when they sanned my phone for the tickets, they also scammed me and charged me again for tickets I couldn't use! When I noticed this extra charge to my account, I called and emailed Feverup several times but they did not respond. So I had to contact my credit card company and report them. It took me over a month to get my money back. So I guess this is a warning -- if you enjoy hassles more than concerts, by all means give them a try. But for me I'm done with this untrustworthy company.

This group have some very individual exhibitions and concerts that present art and live music in a wonderful way. I'm so impressed that I've quite literally block booked events they are running, and am really looking forward to them all.

I was stuck in a pinch after accidentally purchasing the wrong ticket set. I submitted a form thinking I might hear back in a couple of days, except I received a response within what must have been 10 minutes. The staff member was incredible helpful and gave me three great options to fix my problem. I selected the option and, again, they were in touch with me within minutes with the voucher. I was really impressed considering it was late at night. 10/10.
Thank you for your review and for using Fever! We're pleased to hear that your case was properly handled and that a suitable solution was offered to you. We'll keep working 24/7 to provide you with the assistance you deserve!
Have an upcoming event and the reservations are made through Fever, the customer service is great. Their team has many features to directly connect you to a representative to help with any problems you can come across. A nice touch that I've noticed is the follow-up emails sent out after each interaction, full with a transcript of what was said between the customer and representative and an open invitation to respond if further clarification is needed. Great service!
Hello Lupe. Thank you so much for taking the time to review our assistance! We are glad to hear that you find our customer service system convenient. We can't wait to see you at any of our Fever events!
Purchased tickets for the Prince exhibit in Chicago changed my ticket dates and it had been a Nightmare since! My tickets have been cancelled 3 times non of which was my doing and every cancellation they give me less and less credit to "re purchase " the same tickets over and over. Customers service can't un cancel the tickets so you have to hope the date and time you wanted is still available. Not to mention anytime you at an event for information the app purchases a ticket for said event. Stay away if you can if you have to purchase tickets through Fever keep checking before your event that the tickets were not cancelled they give you no notice of cancellation.
Hello! We apologize for the inconveniences caused by the cancellation of your event. Please reach us at customer_satisfaction@feverup.com so we can reopen your case and offer you a suitable solution!
The picture used to showcase the candle-lit venue is not representative of the actual concert settings. We were in a large temple and the stringed quartet was barely visible from our seats. (We were about 10 from the front). Many of the candles were not lit. The microphone they passed between the musicians did not project and so our group could not understand anything that was said. It sounded like nonsense.
A couple of the Queen arrangements were not well done/suited for strings. Some were beautiful.
Our group rated the experience 6-7 on the way home. It did not live up to our expectations, and we did not think it worth the price ($50).
Parking at the temple was easy and cheap.
Hello Christina. We regret to hear that our event did not meet your expectations. We will make sure to forward your comments to the appropriate department so they take them into account moving forward. Regards.
Unfortunately the event was delayed and therefore cancelled for the date we had booked to go, which was disappointing, but I can't fault the customer service which has been excellent (via email) when I enquired about tickets and then when I had to ask for a refund due to the cancellation.
Hello Esther! We are very sorry for your cancelled session. Thank you for your positive review. We're pleased to hear that your experience with our customer service has been outstanding :)
They Cancelled the event, emailed the 15 times for a refund $305.00, They Just kept giving me runaround. Filed a claim with Visa... Horrible service!
Beware

Fever Up app - False advertising and terrible customer service! Michelangelo's exhibit was a joke! I've been to high school events that were nicer that the Sistine Chapel Event. Please refer to pictures below.
Hello Juli. We are sorry to hear this event did not meet your expectations, but we appreciate your honest feedback. We will make sure to forward it to the appropriate department for them to take it into account moving forward.
Two tickets purchased for an event one date, a third erroneously issued for a different date -- they won't refund the error. Looking through these reviews, doesn't seem likely any amount of email or loss of future customer will make a difference. Adding my (expensive) 1-star review and moving on.
Hello Kristofer! As per the terms & conditions, tickets are non-refundable. We are sorry we couldn't provide you with a better solution for your case.
Fever is a total scam. After two months of unhelpful back and forth emails with three different staff, I finally got vouchers but it took another two months of emails to ask them to put them on my app so I could use them. When I tried to apply my $330 voucher to purchase tickets costing $225, they tried to charge me $5 extra at the checkout - see screenshots. The concert was much more mediocre than what is shown in the pictures. They make it seems much more extravagant and the event was nice but definitely not worth the hassle or inconvenience. The overwhelming reviews I've seen are similar or worse experiences than mine and I wish I read them before purchasing the tickets. Do yourself a favour and avoid it altogether.
Thank you very much for your feedback. We will make sure to forward it to the appropriate department for them to take it into account moving forward.
(re: Fever Regal pass/voucher purchase) When trying to convert the voucher ahead of time from home, Regal was still charging me much more than they should have--to the point where it was cheaper not even to have bought the Fever ticket voucher. So I went to the theater to use the on-site method of redemption. That didn't work because the kiosk couldn't handle it, and instructions for that did NOT go according the usage email. In the end, I saved only saved a few bucks, if that. Terrible system. Just buy your ticket at the theater. What a waste of time and money.

I was due to go to an event with my friend. However her daughter got chickenpox. They gave her a voucher as an emergency. They told me that I did not have an emergency so they could do nothing. Then they said if my friend had booked both tickets it would technically be ok. I bought an nhs ticket and cannot afford another ticket at £18 each. Really unimpressed that they would split up a group of two parents and 2 kids like this.

Arrive 25 mins early, for it to start 10 minutes late while they seat the groups of wasted 40 year old women. The same women who proceeded to scream sing during a strings performance by candle light in a church. They had booze bottles in their purses clinking and clanking, and dropping bottles on the floor. It was impossible to hear the show. Nothing was done, the performers actually engaged with these women and encouraged it. Everyone was looking at them in disgust. This had the potential to be amazing, it was the exact opposite. Definitely WOULD not do it again and is NOT safe for children if they are going to allow this behavior. $50 in the trash.

Be really careful with this company. They will scam you. Buyer beware.
Bought 2 tickets to an event. Confirmed the date. Even have an email from them confirming the date in my cart. Purchased the ticket, the date was wrong.
As soon as I got notified, I contacted customer service via email. I was told there was nothing they could do. I explained and showed pictures that it was their website that messed up. They are now sending automated replies.
It'd cost them nothing to change the dates. They know it was their fault.
So, buyer beware
Hi Andrew. We regret to hear that our service did not meet your expectations. As per the terms & conditions, tickets are non-refundable. We are sorry we couldn't provide you with a better solution for your case. Regards.
Purchased two tickets to a show in Philadelphia, an animated 'Starry Night' using digital projectors. Paid $134 for two tickets. Tickets never showed up. I emailed them about it, nothing. I responded to their Facebook post when they were advertising another show. They told me who I should contact, I did, they sent an email that my refund was approved. Nothing. Weird timing, but the picture I just added landed in my Facebook feed just now! That was the show last year they screwed me out of!

I purchased a ticket, had the wrong date on it. Contacted them within 8 minutes ( after already purchasing the correct dates). They refused to refund me. Had to go thru paypal, they are still fighting returning my money. If I lose that's a $78.40 loss on my part. They have NO policies to mitigate mistakes, it seems on purpose. I'm sure they are raking in TONS of money from people who don't have the patience to fight it like I'm doing.

I purchased a ticket from Fever 21 days before the event date but could not attend because I had to go on a business trip. I asked if the ticket could be rescheduled for a later concert date but they would not do it. They are an inflexible and VERY greedy company that cares only for the bottom line. BEWARE! Do not purchase tickets unless nothing ever happens or changes in your life.

Answer: It's easy to get a hold of them but that doesn't matter since no one will actually help you. All they do is tell you too bad sucks to be you.
Answer: The only reason I chose Fever was the candlelight concert. It wasn't offered on a better site.
