“The most horrific company ever.”

I can't even bear to waste any more of my time with this company. I just came here to save someone from what I've been through. I've been through HELL with these uncaring people. Every single aspect of my job was botched, dropped, broken, I was ignored, the job dragged for 6 months and I'm still waiting on parts like panels and a simple God forsaken handle for my refrigerator that they failed to deliver. I don't know how they are still in business. They should be shut down today. Do yourself a favor and run.

Had a water heater manufactured by AO Smith that failed while under warranty. Received a warranty replacement authorization and picked up a brand new AO Smith water heater from Ferguson. It was installed on the same day (01/11/2024) and it does not work. Called Ferguson the very next day - 01/12/2024 - but they will not replace the water heater, stating that it requires AO Smith to authorize a replacement.

This is near criminal. No service whatsoever! Never deal with Ferguson. Also, AO Smith water heaters are of terrible quality.

Products used:
AO Smith water heater, defective in manufacture. Neither AO Smith nor Ferguson is standing behind their product.

This company has become much to big to handle the business they have! After they get your money, the service doesn't even deserve one star! Except for receptionist, they don't answer your call, and will not return your call!

They are full of they say bonus then you find out no one in your department has hit the number for bonus in 7 years liar's

I would never use or recommend Ferguson Plumbing supply. We needed a part for our kitchen faucet, I checked on Ferguson's website and saw they had the part in stock at the Addison location. We purchased the part on line and received a confirmation email the "in stock" part would be available for pick up after 2:30 pm. When I got to the store, they informed me that they ended up selling the part to another customer who walked in and requested it just before my pick up time. They told me they could arrange to get another part by early the next week and that they would call me when it arrived. They never called and I never got the part. Every time I tried to call the Addison location they never picked up the phone and showed no interest in customer service. I am working with the web team to get the order refunded and will find the part elsewhere. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

I have purchased plumbing supplies from this company on two separate occasions. Both times there was an unwillingness to have a product conversation other than an abrupt one or a simple nod. The last time I purchased a part that turned out to have a defect. When I called to get information about the parts function I spoke with a very young man that didn't know how to help me, when I asked to speak to someone who knew about Plumbing he told me there was no one there that knew anything about Plumbing. I kept telling him just transfer me to someone else. After several requests he transferred me to Alex. I politely explained to Alex what the young man had been telling me. I made the mistake of thinking he would want to know of this Behavior. When I was telling Alex of the conversation he abruptly hung up on me. When I came into the store to resolve my problem with the defective part he denied right to my face that he had hung up on me. The poor training and terrible customer service will cause me to never go back to Ferguson Plumbing Supplies again. Not only that when I went to Home Depot the part was 40% less. Alex by the way is the branch manager.
