The shipping promised delivery within 10 days, but it took longer.

I ordered the same 'jacket' in 2 different colours. It lacks shape, the material feels horrible and it is unflattering. I know people say you get what you pay for, and it's definitely true here - cheap and awful.

When I reviewed their return policy which looks initially like you can return items if you are not happy, it actually is not possible to return things unless they are damaged or faulty, or without forfeiting most of the cost.

I ordered a swatch booklet in case the colours weren't right and I needed to order more, but I definitely won't be buying anything else from them!

I also tried to review the products on their website and was unable to do so - the page stopped scrolling and there was no submit button!

My advice is to avoid!

Only buy from here if you're ok spending a lot on a dress and giving up your rights to return. Without saying so much in their policy, they treat all sales as final. My dress did not lay properly so I wanted to return it. I have been fighting with them for 2 months now to return it! Stay away from this company!

First off, a warning. I read every review and searched this company extensively. I did not know until shipping that they are located in China. That being said, I still had an excellent experience. I picked a dress, made a few design changes, and asked that it be in green. It was a little different than the photo, but I was pretty happy with the changes. Some of my measurements didn't line up so a customer service rep reached out to me to verify. The dress fit like a dream. It was a little tight in the shoulders, but I have pretty thick shoulders so this is a common occurrence for me. The fabric is thick any heavy making it feel much more sturdy than I expected based on the price. I got my order very quickly and couldn't have done better if I'd gone to an expensive bridal shop. The zipper was a little thing that didn't always want to work. I felt like I was going to break it trying to zip up, but it held. Very happy with my purchase.

I ordered a dress from here. I am very satisfied with the purchase. The dress fit me perfectly. I liked the price as well. The dress is made of quality material, everything is sewn well. I also liked the fact that there is a very large selection of different dresses. Thanks for quick delivery. I will buy more from this store and recommend it to my loved ones.

I measured like they told me to, dress later was measured by myself, was not even the measurements I gave to them. The dress didn't resemble the dress shown in the site. Fabric looked cheap, sewing was awful, crooked seams, dress overall too big. They never got back to me when I tried to follow their return policy, past the 2 week policy, and they didn't want to return the price I paid, so it's not truthful when they tell you about their return. Luckily, found a dress elsewhere that was nice, and will never go with a company like this one again! Do not trust!

My daughter was supposed to be graduating. I bought a dress for her from this store. They delivered it quickly. At the prom, everyone asked my daughter where she bought this dress and were delighted. Thank you for a quality and beautiful dress.

I was hesitant at first to order outfits for the upcoming wedding of my son which still in April 2022 and it took me a week to finally decide to *******@Feeltimes. I placed my order and picked 2 tea length dresses and one of the team named Ada asked me to send measurements with photos how to do it. Well, my husband helped me to do it. Ada messaged me that my dresses will be made as soon as possible and I received them nicely packed. Dresses fit me perfectly and so happy that those photos feature on their website tailored exactly same of the dresses I ordered.

I ordered a tea length dress in custom size for my son's wedding. The quality & craftsmanship was great/spot on to the measurements I provided! I paid for expediated shipping an it arrived a day before, which was excellent! Communication from FeelTimes was prompt. Would most definitely order another style! I ordered a stock size of the dress and it fits perfectly. The measurements on the website are very true to size. The color is amazing. High quality workmanship.

My first dress never made it to me because the US POSTAL SERVICE sucks and didn't lift a finger to correct their error and deliver the dress. I was in tears because I needed the dress for my daughter's wedding and basically it was en route BACK to FeelTimes. I contacted FeelTimes and they made it right by shipping another dress to me in time for my event! The dress fit perfectly and was very well made!
