Know Where Your Money is Going

If you are donating to this place, make sure you know where your money is going. The top executives of this company use your hard-earned money for their expensive personal trips, and some of the money you donate is used for that, not for helping poor children!

Lack of support from management

Employees do not get adequate support from management. They do not provide the needed resources for the employees and training are very rare. Management is very hesitant to invest in the employees which makes the employee morale low. Also, there are a few managers who show favoritism.
