Stay the hell away.
The UI is atrocious, and confusing. Customer service is even worse. Wait time to chat or call are 20-40 minutes long, even on low-peak hours. The tools are garbage and DNS settings are a joke. Hosting pricing is too high and NOT developer friendly at all.
A lot of problems with customer support when purchased items disappeared from account. Switched to GoDaddy, but they have their own big problems especially with email accounts and losing mail. There must be someone smaller and better than these giants.
Wind energy to power all of their servers is the reason I went with fatcow hosting. Fatcow is way ahead of other green energy companies due to all of the servers being powered by wind. That might be why their prices are so much lower than what I paid for other companies. They have a great google adwords bonus of $100 which is excellent. The other great part is unlimited domains and unlimited data, you simply cannot get that at other companies that do web hosting.
