My trees are thriving and have met all my expectations.
You said that they were Minnesota cold hardy but when I got them in central Minnesota That week it froze out or frosted and the trees are dying please tell me what to do and how I get a refund if they're dead I paid $200 for both trees do they have to be sent back to you. Or will I just get a refund if I take a picture of them in my yard
Plant arrived with its root ball detached from its sack of soil, badly desiccated and with some minor broken branches. I immediately planted, fertilized and irrigated it hoping for its recovery but thus far it has not done so. About ten days after its arrival seeing no improvement, I reported its condition to a customer service person who suggested I retain it for another two weeks and then get back to them if no improvement had occurred. I was told even if I exceeded the thirty days period from my initial receipt, the company would replace the plant if it hadn't recovered. I hope so but that remains to be seen.

The leaves are very dark, it seems it Is going to die.
I plant it first time I received it, I already had the hole. But the leaves were dark and sad… and it is not great, understand so many time in the dark and the roots don't have enough humidity and the land was not compact in the root system… apologize but I understand it was not a good transportation method this!.

The tree I ordered was delivered quickly and boxed appropriately. I was glad that when I opened it the tree had not received any damage while being shipped!
Very impressed with the speed and quality of shipping. The only challenge is that 3/4 of the plants were in good shape by the time we received them. The other 1/4 were dry and haven't shown much improvement after planting, so we will just need to do our best to revive them.

I knew the Leyland Cypress would be small... but what I got were twigs.
It was easy finding what I was looking for on the website, it had all the info that I needed. Ordering was easy. In about 5 days I had my Gardenia bushes, there was no problems with shipping, the plants were in great condition. I planted both bushes according to the instructions. The bigger bush already had blossoms on it and once I planted it, I had Gardenia flowers in less then a week. I love the smell and the plants are doing great.

My order was delivered when stated and directions were easy to follow for planting. Unfortunately the driver put the box on end even though it was clearly marked to lay it flat. I believe as a result, one of the trees was damaged. A quick call to FGT and documentation was all that was needed for the bad tree to be replaced. I'd order from them anytime and recommend them to my friends and family.
Terrible service. I don't think I'll ever order another tree again.

I purchased a lemon and a lime tree. The lemon was a little less than 4' tall and the lime 28" tall. The lemon tree base was 1/4" diameter and the lime is 3/8" in diameter. I call your customer service to complain about the scrawny lemon tree that is a 4ft tall twig. And the lime tree that isn't much better. Your representative was very helpful as far as his instructions on taking care of the trees and refunded me 10%. I paid extra for the larger lemon tree but it's so thin at the base, it will take years if survives to stand on its own with being supported. I'm not satisfied with these trees.
Our first order was for a Finger Lime bush - we got an email with the tracking number. When I checked the tracking number, USPS advised its not a viable number. I called Fast Growing Trees and the rep told me its actually on back order and hasn't shipped. I asked the rep that if the tracking number was a placeholder for the actual number, why they didn't text, call or email me to advise it's on backorder. I'm hoping they don't cancel the order - its an anniversary gift my husband and I gifted each other.
Our second order - placed before the first order was due to ship - was delivered as promised and in great condition. We are so glad we got the 4 tea olive bushes - they each have new growth and seem likely to do well in our garden!
The local nurseries were out of the white dogwood tree I was wanting so I went shopping on-line. I came across FastGrowing trees and took a chance. I got the tree at not too outrageous a price, ordered it and 3-4 days later it was on my door step. I had my landscape guy plant it the same day, May 1,2021, and so far it is looking very happy in its new home. A very satisfactory experience.
FastGrowingTrees packed an incomplete order, but quickly rectified it by shipping the missing tree. Good service. One of our three trees had a much less vigorous rootball on arrival, so we shall see whether it thrives. I bought the insurance so I know I can replace if it fails.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
