Received plants dead and dried out. Trees dry as well Wilted leaves. I have nursed two of three back to health cherry tree still struggling.
Trees are top shelf, shipping is bottom shelf. Trees are half dead when the arrive and it takes tons of TLC to been them back to life. My Avocado tree is doing excellent but it took time, and my apricot never made it. I think it was around this time below. I file a claim and I'm waiting for my replacement tree.

I have ordered many fruit trees and usually had good luck. A few have not survived but fast growing trees has always honored my warranty and for that I am a lifelong customer. This is the third time dealing with dead plants and I now have to pay more to get a replacement!
My first vanilla bean plant arrived dead. The replacement died after a few months and they refused to honor the 1 year guarantee, only offering me 20% off my next purchase. I will never buy from here again.
I have bought a few plants from Fast Growing Trees. They have all arrived in excellent condition and thrived.
Plants arrive very well established. Success rate is excellent. Had 1 tree out out 6 different ones that didn't survive. Customer service gave me credit for the one that didn't survive.

I would love FGT if half of my trees didn't die. Something that would help, would be to have the option to get a print out of the "plant and care instruction" with the plants, as they are not even printable from the website. I am older and can't run to my phone to look it up again when I am trying to dig/plant, nor can I remember them. I have sadly realized I probably will not be able to enjoy the trees by the time they reach their full beauty as shown in the pictures. It is the pictures of the beautiful plants and trees that draw me in, and then disappointed that I must not have a green thumb because they do not look the same as the website. But I keep trying. :(

The tree came well packaged, carefully delivered, healthy. It remain potted for a couple weeks and continued to grow well. Now it's planted and continues to look healthy and is growing. Looking forward to spring blooms.
