The hydrangea arrived looking like dead twigs. When I contacted Fast Growing Trees after providing photos, I was asked for more photos and told that hydrangeas go dormant this time of year. Well, I've purchased several hydrangeas from many different places, and the one I received recently was by far the worst that I've ever received!
Tonight is the first time buying I brought Blue spruce checked out Then started looking Fig trees end up buying two. Looks like both orders are shipping same date
It was easy to shop Fast check out & shipping. This tree will make a happy wife for you Christmas. I'm looking for fig tree going to check site now. Hope everyone will good holiday. Marvin
Two of the plants were shipped in a single box with the top plant resting on the bottom plant. Customer service was great and shipped out a new set of plants. That box had the same result.
Normally my experience with you is good. This is the first time i got a delivery of something losing leaves and it had lost leaves in the box.
I would like a replacement of my other order of baby blue spruce. I gorgeous asked numerous questions and answered all and even sent a picture of the dead tree. Then still was asked to make sure it was dead! To scrape the main part of the tree. Just seems to me you think I wasn't telling the truth. Just my opinion.
Purchased 3 flowering trees over the summer of 2025.
Grafted Rose of Sharon Tree
Grafted Pink Knock out Rose Tree
Jane Magnolia.
Each looked good when received.
May 2025 arrival Rose Of Sharon Tree in excellent shape. August 2025 arrival of Knock Out Rose Tree had lots of brown & brown spot all over on all leaves. Now in September only 3 petal roses.
The folks at Fast Growing Trees have gained a loyal customer in me. The service is great, the prices reasonable for the trees, and I'm confident that the trees will produce fruit in a couple of years! I'm very happy with the service I've received from Fast Growing Trees. They also knew that one tree could be planted now and one will have to wait until April so they split up the delivery!
My package of 24 one-gallon Laurel trees arrived on a cold 34° day. Overnight, I brought them into my coldest room, 60° in the house, my shop, and rested them until planting day, Thanksgiving Day 2025. I planted on T-Day in good soil with amendments for root growth and health during dormancy.
It has been 3 weeks since planting, and they all appear comfortable and doing fine during this Arctic snap into the single digits. Heavily mulched with shredded cedar, the ground hasn't frozen, even with multiple days and nights below freezing. These are Excellent young trees. They are starting to open their branches slightly. I couldn't be happier with their condition upon arrival and survivability.
I've order multi trees from fast growing trees. They are really impressive healthy trees. I've never even had one shock and I live in southern Louisiana. Will be ordering until I can't for anymore 😂
Perfect! Packaged well. Plants are very wealthy. All are thriving
Please make the warranty process a little easier. Very time consuming going back and forth. We love your plants but sometimes they do not do well no matter how much we care for them and cannot help with the current weather changes, Thank you
I ordered 2 key lime trees. They are quickly and are top quality. You could smell fresh lime out of the box! We put both in planters for now and they are thriving!
A wonderful experience that brought me beautiful new trees. The costumer service was phenomenal and delivery was quick with regular communication before and after receipt.
We found the entire process from ordering to getting the delivery, easy and they keep you informed as to the progress of your order
I love the selection and ease of use. I also appreciate all the discount offers and marketing campaigns. I deducted 1 point because the consistency of the plants is not always equal. Both, there are variations sometimes between the same type, and/or shipping is rough. But I've always been taken care of when things go wrong.
Very good experience but the help section I believe is AI told me they ship to alaska and when my sister was given the website it told her they do not.
I was pleased with my purchase however.
Bush arrived with some spotted yellow leaves and some yellow leaves. Hopefully it's only due to the season. Will see if Spring changes things.
The trees that I purchased needed to be shipped for SPRING planting... Not just in time for December celebrations! What gives with THAT business practice? You like it that the 90 day guarantee will give out before the trees can even be planted in the sprint?
When I opened the box for my Meyer lemon bush it was glorious. It was full of beautiful deep green leaves that were gorgeous and healthy. There weren't any buds, which I was wishing for because the plant was more mature no quarantined it for a week in a room with a south facing window and added a grow lamp. The leaves started to drop. A lot. It that happens. It was likely shocked and I expected new growth to appear. Fast forward 2 months and it is bald without any new growth. Contrasted with my other Meyer lemon tree that I've had for years which is thriving g in the same spot, under the same lamp. Not good.
Arrived in perfect condition, and potted it to keep indoors in a sunny window. Wondering how long it will take to produce lemons, but it's a pretty small indoor tree in the meantime.
First time ordering from FGT. Got five 5-6' sweetgums for a "green wall" outside our dining room window. 4 were good, one was bone dry and nearly dead, as well as markedly curved, instead of straight.
Contacted customer service and asked for replacement. Since the tree isn't
*completely* dead, they said we need to
"give it some time". Very disappointed since the nature of the planting is to be an allee.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
