The trees I received were smaller than they were expected to be, had broken leaves and all of the ahrubs were smooshed. These were not cheap trees and I expected hi quality. That is NOT what I received
I had contacted FGT to let them know I had finally gotten around to planting my new Hydrangeas which had already started developing new leaves in the shipping material. I got a response before I knew it thanking me for the update.
I don't know how my tree will do until spring. So far so good. The little holly bushes are still green, and in a room with lots of light, when the sun is shining, and the temp set at 50. Hopefully, they will grow well in the spring when planted. I didn't know I need "males" to get with them, so I will be watching for them to be available. I had questions regarding the upkeep of the holly until they can be planted and received a very well written reply! Thank you.
The tree I ordered arrived in perfect condition and is looking great weeks after I have planted it. It's amazing how they can ship a 6' tree so well packaged!
I would have walked right past this 3-4 foot Benjamina Ficus Tree at a big box store even at half of the FGT sale price of $99.00.
On arrival, the middle of the tree was nearly bare of leaves, with many dry and broken branches. There were no dropped leaves in the packaging, so apparently the tree was selected and packed exactly as received. Additionally, there were no care instructions included in the box. I really thought I was purchasing a premium product.
I reached out to FGT the day the tree was delivered, and they offered only a $14.85 discount.
I've heard great things about their product and customer service, but I am underwhelmed and won't be back. Still I'm hopeful that this tree is an exception to their mission to deliver superior trees and plants.
Originally on the website I ordered 4 lavendar plants to be delivered as a get well gift in 1-2 days. When they did not arrive I called and was told they would not be delivered until the end of March. Then I was told they would not be delivered until the middle of April. I am still waiting to see if they will be sent.
The person has gotten well and will not be able to plant the plants if they arrive. Very discouraged about the whole process.
I sent email with pics of orange trees received, which were suffering from shipment shock. The rep indicated overall trees looked very healthy despite the shipment shock. I am watching them closely, but this reassurance helped me to keep trying.
Ordered two avocado trees. It's now march 13 with no delivery date or any message about a hold up. Etc. They advertise that they ship one to two days. I would like to know where they are or if I am not going to get them. I would like a refund. I would rather have the trees of course. I am gonna give it another week etc. I would also like to hear back from this company. Right now not a happy camper
Had to use guarantee for first time and it was very difficult. Not only did I have to take additional pictures, but I had to pay $73 in shipping cost in order to receive replacement tree. Will probably not be shopping Fast Growing Trees again.
Arrived on time and is already covered in leaves. I don't have anything else to say but they made me put at least 50 things so I am just talking now great service great tree
I'm extremely pleased with the customer service experience with Fast Growing Trees! It arrived on time and in perfect condition. I highly recommend them.
Friendly staff who are quick to resolve shipping issues. Customer satisfaction is a priority with this company. I'm looking forward to seeing my new plants grow and produce beautiful blooms!
Plants arrive well packed and healthy, albeit stressed from the shipping experience. Some TLC is all that is needed until they are ready to be planted in their permanent home.
Sales team great after that i am just a piece of $#*! i guess, 2 months to get product and the customer service dept had every lie, cheat, switch they could use,
I received my coffee tree in remarkable shape. Yes, it was evident sunshine and water were needed.
The packaging was in excellent condition.
A happy New Year thank you for such tremendous service and product.

My trees were sent during 20°F weather to Baltimore County MD. Fed Rx held tgem in Sparrows piint for several days, without explanation. After conracting cust svc here and at Fed Ex, I finally rec'd a very damaged package. After several weeks of tending these trees inside, I am seeing buds. There was no breakage but Fed Ex is not a good shoping partner in this specific case. Never had a problem before. SMH. Your customer svc rep was great though.
Tree delivered is less than 1' and either dormant for the season or dead. It is now in southern Florida (Coral Gables) waiting to see if it will show evidence of life.
Order took a while to get to me because we are extremely rural... but arrived better than I was expecting! Beautiful trees! Great company would recommend to all and plan on more orders!
I was missing rocket packets in my order. They took care of it right away. And when I call they are so helpful. Truly a great company who cares about their customers!
Website was easy to use when researching types of plants and their growing needs. Product came on time and in good condition. The tree is adapting well and has set 15+ leaves.
Received plants in excellent condition. The shipping boxes were designed to handle plants with loving care. Professional company. I will order more soon.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
