I ordered a Meyer Lemon Tree (3-4ft) as a gift for my sister-in- laws birthday. It unfortunately never showed up although it said it was delivered. I called customer service and they were so nice and helpful and sent out another tree right away! It came within a few days and looks beautiful.
Very fast shipping! Packaged well. Love the tree. Very large and lots of branching. Very nice. Cant wait to see it come out of dormancy.
Trees arrived in good condition, no leaves. We planted next day and they sprouted new growth foliage within a couple of days. So far quite happy with them.
We ordered 10 trees. Out of 10, only 5 looking like they will survive, the rest seems to be dying. We've followed all planting and watering instructions. Don't buy from this website, better stick with your local stores.
It's doesn't match the description was on the website, plus it's not worth the money you paid for, I did order 4 trees 1 - fig tree 6 f, what I received 4 feet dry branch God knows what that? Tell now no improvement.

Weeks later I can affirm that myself and the recipients are quite pleased! The planted sprig now has leaves and shows great promise of a flourishing long lived experience for all!

This was what I purchased and man I tell you I was very pleased with my shipment. I did not expect to see a full 3 ft tree I only just planted it the day I got it so we will see how well it grows.
Having ordered from FGT before, I was excited to make a big order, and thrilled when hinoki cypress, cryptomeria, arborvitae and others arrived. They were taller than I expected, in very good shape, and are now growing quite happily. Very satisfied.
I purchased the trees for my yard in early March anticipating planting them shortly after their indicated ship date of March 29th. It's now April 7th and I'm being told they won't ship until April 12th at the earliest due to zone delays. This is different than the information I received when buying the trees in the checkout process and, honestly, I would've purchased from literally anyone else if I'd known this would've been kicked weeks down the line. It's incredibly unprofessional not to reach out and share the UPDATED delivery date either but to force me to call wondering where these trees could be when I should be using the time off (which I'd planned in advance around the anticipated ship dates) to plant these dang trees. I'm attempting to ready my yard for a wedding this year, and this delays my ability do finalize it when I need to be prepping it. 0/10, would not recommend this site or its products to a friend.

The shrub was broken off of the root ball. So far it seems to be surviving so that's why 2 stars and not one. I was instructed by customer svc rep to submit photos and email. I never heard back from anyone.

After receiving my plants and then seeing the prices at local nurseries, I kind of feel swindled. It's my fault that I did not price compare before I purchased but if I did I would've purchased elsewhere.
Also, I missed two promotions by about a day or two and after spending $455 with fast growing trees I emailed them to see if I could still take advantage of one of them retroactively, and they pretty much wrote me back just saying no too bad. In past experiences, with other companies, when I've reached out but can't take advantage of a promotion that's passed, usually they give you a coupon for your next purchase or some thing at the minimum. When I filled out another survey, I mentioned that I was disappointed by this and. No response.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
