Fastballoons

I order all the supplies for the events we have at our retail stores. I try to order a month or so before the events start so i can be sure we have everything we need well in advance. I ordered 1000 balloons, as i have in the past, from Fastballoons at the end of February for our first event that happens the first week of May. When the store tried to fill the balloons wtih helium, 1/3 of them popped and then continued to pop all weekend long. I had some of the balloons from a previous order so i compared quality/thickness. The ones from this year were considerably thinner so i called Fastballoons and told them of the issue. They told me that there was nothing i could do and did i want to order more balloons... seriously? I explained that I was a loyal customer for last few years and was told there was nothing they could do about it unless i wanted to order more and if i did, they would ensure the "thicker" balloons would be supplied.
Why would i want to order from a company that doesn't stand behind their products? Guess I am off to find a new balloon supplier. In today's day and age with so much competition, get a clue Fastballoons and some customer service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have had a terrible experience. I provided a PDF of camera ready art to print on napkins and balloons for my wedding reception. They assured me that they would use the artwork provided. Instead, they attempted to type set it themselves... MISSPELLING MY WIFE'S NAME and changing the font. Upon receipt, which took nearly 2 weeks even though their site clearly states "Our guarantee is simple, your order will be shipped Next Business Day, GUARANTEED!". When I called to complain, they offered a 15% discount! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The Supervisor (David) promised to "talk to his people" and call back by the end of day. I never heard back and they have made no effort to issue any discount. Frankly, I don't think I should pay anything under the circumstances. By the time I finally received the order, there was no way to have them or any other company produce napkins and balloons correctly and in time for the reception. Unfortunately, I later read multiple reviews from other customers who had similar problems without satisfactory resolution.
