The blueberry bushes are cute & awesome and arrived blooming. Pretty. The strawberry plants (4) I got today were a little punier than I expected, but healthy. Nice to see them shipped in real dirt pots. I'm happy with your products so far. I've also dealt with Stark Bros (good), Willis Orchards (OK until I had a problem with a shipment quality, then they told me to F*** off), and TN Nursery (yet to have an opinion since their stuff comes dormant).
Lots of issues with website today on iPad. Unable to update account information, my cart doesn't save even though I'm logged in, things that show in stock when browsing are showing out of stock in cart. I understand things sell quickly but I'll go back to browsing and it's still not showing out of stock. I'm also unable to change my password due to mobile formatting. The fields do not seem to line up correctly. I filter out zone 5 but see things for zones 9-11. Lots of little issues.
The trees arrived timely with Fex ex. When I opened the pkg, the root ball from the Rose of Sharon had become so dislodged that it was basically a bare root tree. The two purple lilacs were puny and tiny... I found better, taller, and very much CHEAPER purple lilacs at my local nursery here on Cape Cod... 4 for $12.99. I will NEVER order from you again, after the condition of the plants.
They commiserated with my issues, and of course, I bought plant insurance. If these plants don’t thrive at least I can get a refund.

2 of the 4 blueberries arrived dead. 3 of the 4 trees were in bags, not pots and the bags were torn open and spilled throughout the shipping boxes. I called support, sent pictures and all they said was give it time, nothing we can do at this time. End of the day I have 1/2 the blueberries and 1/4 of the trees I ordered. Now they have the gall to spam me with a survey? AVOID!

I received my avocado tree in terrible condition. I had looked forward to adding this tree to our citrus lineup but found it fried and barely alive at all. I was shocked after seeing such good reception of the company but was met with a totally different experience. Have attempted emailing the company for some kind of resolution but have been ignored. Basically have spent over $100 with nothing to show for it. Truly a shame as FGT has a great inventory but with no guarantee of quality delivery I'd say save your money and look elsewhere.

Shrubs are TINY. Broken branches. Missing Lemongrass. Very disappointed for the $431 price tag for these items. Last year locally purchased Pieris Fire Mountain for $25 that was twice the size of what arrived today. Same with Boxwoods...$50 installed that were 3 times the size. Bought from you because of the reviews on your site. Feeling like I made a BIG MISTAKE thinking yours would be better than local and waiting 3 weeks for them.

Shocked and dismayed at the TINY SHRUBS that arrived! Broken limbs, missing Citronella grass, Boxwoods the size of my hand! OUTRAGEOUS PRICE for what was delivered in two small boxes. Just went to my local nursery and found the same plant for the same amount of money. Sent them pictures. To me this is deceptive practices, as their beautiful website led me to believe differently. Wrote them yesterday and today. Hope They make good on these or I will take extensive action to justify paying $431 for 11 miniature shrubs/plants. Truly thought their products would be better than what I could get locally. Don't appreciate being fooled! BUYER BEWARE!
They had Spring's Promise Camellia Shrub and Pieris shrub I was looking for.
Website led me to believe plants would be mature and healthy. Found them to be TINY, broken limbs and missing one grass that I ordered! WOW! I am outraged and in a state of shock!

The Jack fruit tree arrived sick and dying. Called support nobody answers the phone. The only way to communicate is over their website fast-growing-tree.com. When I asked for replacement of another jackfruit tree, they ignored and kept telling to investigate its roots. I bought the jackfruit tree for my aunt's birthday in March. I am talking to my bank for disputing this transaction. Never buy anything from them again. These images we're taking 3 weeks after it arrived.

Got my Cinnamon tree and Miracle Berry bush today. What a hot mess!
Both plants leaves are covered in powdery mildew from improper watering and not treating once the problem occurred. Now I have to treat all my exotics in my greenhouse to be proactive from infestation.
The cinnamon tree's top was cut off forever preventing a natural canopy look. I will have a tree with multiple tops at 4' making it top heavy and unnatural looking.
The $40 Miracle Berry bush is only about 18" tall, skinny, no bushiness. Worth no more than $20. Half it's leaves are healthy green and half are sickly lime green. The lime green are NOT new growth but full grown leaves.
Never expected to put out $250 for 2 sick plants. Utter disappointment. I shudder to think what the $150 Peanut Butter tree current in transit will look like upon arrival.
Mutilated, disease ridden, sickly plants! Never be ordering Fast Growing Trees again!

Purchased this for my mother. It arrived already shedding. Waited until the frost was gone to plant it. Changed its pot as i figured must be growing. (However tossed out christmas trees have been greener in the spring then this guy) believe he is is dead or dying. Wish i had just spent extra and bought local. (Wanted something smaller) so i ordered from fast growing trees. Too bad.

The shipment was received terribly damaged. The was no protective packing materials inside the carton. The Plants and their containers were crushed and upside down. Although I sent pictures and emails it took 3 weeks for the company to even acknowledge or respond to me. Soil was spilled out of the bags. Terrible customer service. Inept shipping department. We threw way 3 plants and the others all had most of their leaves broken off inside the master carton.
They have NEVER responded.
I ask myself that question every day. What a mistake.

I'm not expecting this tree to live. As stated bad shipping experience. I did plant the tree appropriately. No life so far, time will tell.
I contacted them immediately upon receipt and they refuse to refund despite showing images below that the plant is half dead with holes in every leaf. They MUST be full of BUGS and still ship BAD PLANTS!

Fast Growing Trees has terrible customer service. This was a credit from my first order, from a plant that died within days. They gave me a credit and now I can't even get reasonable plants from this company or a reasonable response. I should have my money's worth!

Stay clear. Shop locally where you can inspect it in person, otherwise purchase the additional 12 month insurance policy - despite the already extremely high prices.

We're very sorry to hear about your experience! Since we are an outside nursery, there are going to be some holes in the leaves from insects. Please know that we do treat our plant for pests while they're in our care, but unfortunately it's very difficult to keep them from munching on the leaves from time to time. We are reaching out privately to help!
We purchased ten a few months ago. When I opened the box, the plants were scattered about. At least one came out of its packaging. One died within two weeks of planting. They made me purchase an additional warranty to cover their poor packaging practices. I did get another tree though.
Now three more look like they are half dead. Six inches tall, none of these trees are growing. This company hides under a bogus cloak where they claim this is a normal process. They write you asking you to scratch an inch off the bark and check. I should have bought bigger trees locally instead of buying tiny unhealthy ones online.

Was expecting better quality ordering from a nursery versus going to my local hardware store. However plants came in not the best shape and poorly packed. Dirt was loose in transit and all plants are covered in dirt which also got all over the flooring upon opening. Some plants were also sold as 6 inch pots but barely filled up and had to repot into 4 inch pots. Overall, not impressed with quality and would not purchase seller again.

I ordered 5 Thuja Green Giants 5-6 ft cost each tree with extra for oversize transportation was $168.94. One tree died in the first week, there are others dying. I bought for $399.90 one-year guarantee. This is a con. Their guarantee means you can use it as a voucher to buy something else. DO NOT BUY trees from this company. They their policy and trees are lamentable. I will also be publishing this on every social media to warn others

I ordered the 2 Spodilla plants. After ordering plant it was pin drop silences. NO update for several days. When I called back few times. Someone picked the phone and said shipment will happen after 3 weeks and when I said cancel the order. They were willing to expedite. Package was good but both plants had very low quality. Almost all leaves dropped... now I am trying hard to get these to life... I am not happy with plant quality. It seems they are doing drop shipping and not think to give good quality plants
One of the 4 trees (Emerald Green Arborvitae) in my order died in less than 3 months AND I had to pay almost $68 to get it replaced by purchasing a one year warranty, which in fact did not cover the replacement tree. The replacement tree was only covered for 30 days. THAT'S MESS UP!

I take ownership of the fact I ordered plants during a heat wave in California. Everything arrived well packed but totally wilted. Three of the five items bounced back. However, two Jasmine plants were cooked beyond recovery. I reported this and no follow-up to my email was ever received. No offer to replace them was ever provided, even though I asked for replacements.
Some snotty little girl blew me off. She was literally snotty, she sounded like she had a terrible cold. Perhaps she should have taken the day off.
I have had good experiences with them in the past. I will never buy from them again.

Tree was barely the height described and the root base was very loose. It almost seemed as it was recently transplanted into a larger pot. Tree is healthy, but significantly smaller than another Glenn Mango I bought locally that was the same size (per the sellers claim).
If you can't find a tree elsewhere, then order here. Otherwise look elsewhere.

I bought 2 cocktail trees and a 1 year unlimited warranty - they were delivered March 30. I took a picture of them bare.
19 days ago I wondered if maybe they should actually be doing something more since they both still looked about the same as they did when I first got them. I emailed support with the comparing pictures of both trees (with the recent pictures showing how much foliage had grown on surrounding trees) April 20, and again on April 25th. Today I emailed them again in hopes to get a response, I am not hopeful though.

Edited - I was finally contacted by fast-growing trees and they promptly sent a replacement tree.
Purchased reliance peach tree, came with fungal issue, puncture holes on all old/new leaf, contacted customer service and had replacement. Replacement came in same issue, contacted customer service was told tree problem is resolved and tree is healthy. Planted next to a healthy apple tree and lima bean plant, one week later, the fungal spread to my other tree/plant. It was a disaster. And this time they issue a complete refund.

Ordered trees in mid February with understanding of delivery towards the end of March. Here we sit the 22nd of April with no communication from company. I called customer service to find out some of the trees I bought are on back order. Don't sell products you do not have in stock!
Save yourself the headache and purchase you're trees locally so that you can hand select from IN STOCK inventory. Just my 2 cents
After several months of back and forth regarding a weeping cherry I bought with the extra insurance that failed to thrive (even with their root rocket), they sent a replacement as per their guarantee.
It was in worse condition than the first. They have ignored all messages regarding it. Buyers beware.

The tree I had delivered was in terrible health when it got here. Leaves covered in powdery mildew. And some sort of canker looking spots. Not sure what went wrong with that batch but I'm glad I kept it away from my other plants. It died 3 days after showing up. Kept it in full/partial shade until it just died.
