I found what i was looking for and ordered for a birthday present. It never showed up so i called and spoke to a girl / lady and she said it would be delivered on the following friday july 15. Never showed so monday morning i called back and talked to a guy, very nice and he told me their mimosa trees were not that great at that time and he cancelled my order and got a refund. Very nice and helpful.

If I were only rating the Little Miss Figgy, it would be 5 stars all the way! It arrived in amazing condition and is thriving! Just 3 weeks later, she already has a fig! The Little Lime Hydrangea tree is doing ok, but I wouldn't say it's thriving yet. Much of the little branches were broken in transit and I had to prune it quite a bit. But it already has some new growth, so I think it will be ok with time.

The tree understandably came a day or 2 late because this happened during the freak weather incident in Texas. What I don't understand was the package itself was 12 different kinds of banged up. It had tears, holes, and gashes all over the box and I'm honestly surprised the tree didn't snap in half with the obvious rough handling of it.

Overall, it was good. Ordering was easy, shipped quickly. I have an issue with how the forsythia were packaged. Two plants were in one long box. The large pots they were in were at opposite sides of the box, and when handled during shipping the plants broke off a number of branches as they crushed each other. They survived and have recovered well. Please, guys, 1 plant per box please.

Looking forward watching this nice tree grow and enjoying the shade and fall color it will provide. Well packaged, very healthy on delivery. It's a bit stressed now but time will tell how it does.

Online shopping was great. Product upon arrival very disappointed in size and condition of boxes and tree. Taken three weeks to get them to look alittle bit alive again. Found same tree three time the size and same price at local homedepot two days after planting. Shop around before you buy from here.

So far so good. Blooms are beautiful, but not much fragrance. Hopefully will hold up through the summer in zone 10

I ordered multiple items, including a larger tree (5-6 ft) which was the most expensive item in the order. Everything arrived well packed and undamaged. But the tree looks anemic.Has two side shoots which will not help the tree grow in a desirable shape. I'm willing to give it a chance, and to trim off these side branches after a year or so of growth. Still, given the amount I paid for this one tree, I expect it to have a better growth habit. Reshaping a poorly shaped tree is always a chancy endeavor.

I reviewed this prior and you sent me a note, thank you, however I was not able to get back with you until now. I bought 4 items - the Baby Cakes Blackberry bushes were great from the get go. Full and after several weeks now are already blooming. I also bought 2 blue berry bushes. One was the Top Hat - big from the beginning and also already blooming. The Sweet Heart Blueberry is still a few branches with 6 leaves as in the beginning and still now advancing.

Ordered 3 3-4ft Norway spruce. Waited 2 1/2 weeks with no communication from company. Called and was told they were on backorder and would not be available until spring of 2022. Was able to amend order to 2-3 ft trees which were still available. Took another week for them to arrive. Company should have notified me of backorder; I would have changed order immediately and gotten my trees planted earlier in the fall.

Rep was very helpful on the phone. Still took over a week to get the trees.

I appreciated all the zoning and planting info on the website to make my purchases more clear. However, the trees arrived in terrible condition. Branches broken and without a single leaf or bud on them, the burlap bag around the root ball missing or slashed to the point that the root ball was completely detached from the tree. I will be surprised if they survive this season, but am trying to care for and hopefully salvage them as they were not treated gently in the mail or packaging. I will not likely order from this site again.

The plants were beautiful. I am very excited to get them in the ground. My only recommendation for improvement is clearer information on shipping dates. It was after my purchase through a secondary that it became clear that the shipment was based upon planting zone and not the ship time listed next to plant which was fine just not as clear. If I had known that I would have purchased earlier.

Trees were in pretty good condition for being shipped. I anticipated them to be a little taller, but other than that, I had noompalints with the trees. I was supposed to receive a free Hydrangea for spending over a certain amount of money, but it arrived dead. I didn't make an issue of it as it was a free gift, and would be too much of a hassle to deal with sending g it back, etc. Overall, seems like a good company and quality of the trees seems to be good.

I ordered a plum tree. When it arrived, I was not pleased. The leaves were riddled with holes from some kind of insect. Took pictures and contacted customer service via chat. The representative agreed that it was not good and immediately put in an order to send a replacement. The replacement was in much better condition and is in the ground now. Thank you for your prompt and courteous service.

Replaced tree I was dissatisfied with immediately. Very cordial process.

My order was packaged very well.
Also the planting instructions were good.
Anxious to see how they do this winter.

I would have given 5 stars if it were fuller. But it's growing. And the customer service was very helpful.

I received 3 plants, an aloe, spider plant and a money tree. All three arrived looking pretty beat up. The aloe is responding well to it's new pot and looking much better. The spider plant has been slower to recover but I think it's going to pull through. The money tree was strange. I've never seen a plant with so few roots. Over half the leaves have died. I still have hope but I really don't know if it's going to make it.

I ordered two avocado trees. One did fine but transferring the other to the ground did not do as well. Eventually it lost all of its leaves. I contacted FGT and sent them a photo. After talking to them, they decided to send me a replacement. It arrived just before a cold front (30-32 degrees) arrived. I put it in the garage. Now it is looking good outside in the container just in case another cold front come through. Here in south Texas we normally have winters in the 70s or even 80s.

Received the two avocado trees (Condo and the Cold Hardy) about a few weeks ago. The Cold Hardy after transport and replanting into a bigger pot seems to be doing well. The condo tree has lost almost all its leaves and I am concerned that it will not make it. I am using all my green thumb capabilities to keep this guy alive but as a physician... its on life support and fading fast!

The website is air old fashioned and one of the 17 trees ordered had 6" broken off the top on arrival. The freebie lilac looked really wilted. We will see if it makes it. So far, otherwise fine.

Great turn around time and pricing. About half of my hydrangeas looked quite small, and unlikely to make it... time will tell. Everything was packed very nicely.
