I have purchased 3 beautiful bags from Fashionphile, and I currently have one on reserve. All of my bags were purchased at way below retail, and they're all in pristine condition. I cannot say enough positive things about this site. All of my bags came with super fast, free and easy shipping. I would definitely recommend them to any and everyone.
My daughter told me how much she wanted the Tiffany heart charm bracelet (it does go perfectly with her elegant prom dress). I inquired about the same bracelet I had purchased from my wife almost two decades ago to hear, "oh I got rid of that years ago for about $75 - $100." I was pleased to find a near flawless, certified replacement bracelet for somewhere in the middle of the full new cost of $700 and the prior errant sale price of my wife! Thanks for the help. She's a happpy upcoming graduate! JS
I was a little hesitant about purchasing a used purse although the quality was rated as "excellent." I wasn't sure what excellent really meant and was expecting the worst. The bag I received was flawless, in so much better condition than I expected, it looked brand new. I am now confident my future purchases will not be a disappointment and will keep shopping here for more bags.
Fashionphile seems to be the only site of its kind that will allow a small return window, other sites have a no refund policy.
The item i purchased was exactly as described and looked like the pictures published. The paying for the item which was a handbag was not a smooth transaction at all, even though i paid through paypal which consists of my address being confirmed and the correct sum being sent.If i had not contacted them asking why my item had not been posted i would still be waiting for it to arrive,i was meant to send a reply to the seller proving my email address but i was not informed correctly to do this.
Very polite but some staff obviously not very good at there job
The handbag i wanted to buy.your website was the only one which sold a almost new handbag.
Found online
Purchased bag listed as "very good" small tear in canvas wasn't disclosed in initial description. I would lose 10 percent if I return. Somewhat disappointed
Had good luck with past purchases
Sizing was misleading on site. It would filter under women's 7 but description is listed as men's. I reached out to customer service and they stated it was a women's shoe; when I received it was definitely a men's shoe. What a disappointing experience! I was so excited for my item, which I now have to return!
This was my second time to order a Louis Vuitton bag from Fashionphile. Received my second purse in August and just noticed one of the straps is badly torn and will have to be repaired soon. I have no idea how to get it repaired. I have loved the bag and style, but I am super disappointed after paying $915 for the bag.
Bought an advertised 2017 LV purse but I received a 2014 LV purse, same bag but 3 years older. I contacted customer service, they wanted me to send them pictures of it. I did and the answer that I have gotten is that "it was a typo". So I should be happy with an older bag when I was led to believe that it was newer than I actually got? I haven't had a response since.
Also has a moldy/ cigarette smell. That wasn't advertised either. This is my first purchase and my last.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t. Just don’t use this site.

I thought the purchase was with free shipping and returns. But it turns out this is not so. I wasn't very happy about this as I didn't know this and had to try them on to know if I would like the earrings. Very annoying. I will think twice before ever using Fashionphile in the future.
The earrings I wanted to try were available on this site.
I don't think the Burberry bag I bought is real. The metal fittings on the end of the zippers are too cheap and look like they were just stapled. There is no indication of which country it was made in, and there is no brand name attached to the lining and no any label. I have several Burberry bags, but I would never buy a cheap product like this if it were Burberry.
My recent order from Fashionphile arrived in a disappointing state. The package had been opened and clumsily retaped, with the item carelessly tossed into a box too large for it. It was evident that whoever packed it lacked attention to detail. I've ordered multiple items from Fashionphile with exceptional care put in to the packaging, so the way this items arrived is by far subpar.
Haven't heard from them.
Company after sales doesn't care if your item gets to you. UPS is horrible but since Fashionphile restricts everything on the shipment, they have to be the one that requests pick up or anything. Then they told me it is ready for pick up at a ups customer center an hour away. I get there and it isn't there. I wasted 2hrs driving there and back. I get home, i see a delivery tag saying I missed delivery because they told me to go somewhere when it was gonna be delivered. Anyway, the company doesn't care after you order - they said it'll get returned to shipper and we will refund you. Maybe try to deliver or use a company that doesn't try to not deliver packages?

never got anything
The site is easy to use. Wife cut the tags already so we cannot return them. They also looked kinda dirty. If they were cleaned and polished that would have been fine for the price. I have to go out of pocket and buy polish
While the bag is in very good shape, it is far from what a normal person would consider "excellent." It has scratches ALL over it, the metal has tarnished and is scratched, and there is residue all over the inside— makeup most likely. I'd have appreciated a realistic description. It should not have been sold as "excellent." Good or very good would have been honest.
Return policy and good recommendation
This experience was not very good. I bought the bag and the transaction was cancelled because they couldn't ship to a UPS mailbox. I wanted to re-buy the bag again and pick up for a FASHIONPHILE store, and the price went way up in a matter of a few hours. I called and they said they would give me the bag at the original price that I had just purchased it at, but they only made the adjustment to the transaction on my account without crediting my credit card like they promised. I'm disputing the difference on my credit card because they did not do what was promised.
They didn’t do what was promised written above.
I liked the price and the bag.
Everytime I order from Fashionphile UPS gives me problems. It takes me days sometimes weeks to get my package and I always pay the COD in advance. If it was just Fashionphile it would receive a higher star.
I’m contemplating ordering from Fashionphile again because I always have terrible delivery experiences.
Can reserve products
You can't list something for higher than the retail price. That is wrong. Do better. The original price of this bag is $990 CAD and you charged me $1,055 + $70 shipping. For a USED bag. I will never recommend this site to anyone.
I thought they would be reliable.
I purchased a bag after carefully reading description and viewing photos. When it arrived, I was very disappointed that the leather on one front corner was completely worn away. I am returning this bag. In my previous purchases, the photos clearly showed areas of damage. This one did not!
The lady was very nice, but she really couldn't help.
Previous purchases
Although there was no problem with the package, what caused me a bad experience was from UPS, I was home on the delivery day but I didn't see the ups employee come to my house to deliver. I ended up going to a pickup point to get my package, which wasted extra time and money. It took me ten days to get my package.
I didn't save a lot buying this piece here.
This was my first purchase. The experience was not a pleasant one.
They make it almost impossible for you to get your item.
There was suppose to be noted added I to the account for the return of the item. They was not.
Luckily I called and micro managed this purchase from the beginning. Otherwise, I never would have received it at all. I had to do the work.
I don’t want to pay full retail if I don’t need to.
The piece I viewed was in mint co duration from the photos and I’ve had good experiences with similar retailers.
I was not aware of a signature needed for delivery; consequently, I had to go out of my way to pick up
My package. It cost money (gas expense), as well as my time. I should have been told about my having
To sign for my package! I called and was explained the signature(s), on any purchases over $500 procedure.
I ordered some David Yurman Cable earrings with a gem in the middle. Unfortunately, when unopened the box I noticed the gem was not attached to the earring, so the earring needs to be repaired. Sadly, I'm returning the item.
These CC Logo studs are supposed to be from the 2023 collection and yet, they look like they've been in someone's drawer forever.
Expensive for the quality.
I liked the earrings.
I bought a super mini gucci white marmont bag, that one is perfect. But I also bought an LV backpack that was missing a couple of buttons, straps, and the belt chain thing. It was not described in the post that was on the website and I'm disappointed that was never informed anywhere until I received the purchase.
The watch has severe scratches which I think I can get buffed out and there is what looks like a tiny bit of moisture under the glass. I think I overpaid for it's condition. But I think a watch repair person and a jeweler can we make it look new. It's just a bunch of extra money and time to make it beautiful again.
I initially purchased two bags and was charged immediately but over a week had passed and no shipment or movement on my order. When I emailed asking for status, I was told they tried to call me (I wasn't aware) for verification? Because I never answered those calls they decided to cancel my entire order and make the items available again to the public. I then get an email saying that I can repurchase if I wanted but by the time I got to on of the items, it was already purchased by someone and unavailable to me…. I just feel like the situation was handled super poorly on fashionphiles part. I did reorder one of the bags and it was shipped out immediately and they didn't seem to need verification for that. So I'm not sure what exactly was the reasoning for the initial cancellation
Customer service, delivery and package an A+. Once I received package on 12/21, I opened it no the leather on the chain of the Chanel purse were not in the chain. I would not have purchased if that was shown on the website. I have purchased previously from FASHIONPHILE and have had no issues.
FASHIONPHILE is a leader in pre-owned luxury, we BUY and SELL ultra-luxury accessories. We offer the largest selection of the world’s most coveted designers, including rare, vintage, and limited edition items.
We want to buy your luxury pieces and are committed to providing you with the highest payout value. FASHIONPHILE provides you with quick, safe, and simple methods to unlock the investment that is currently sitting in your closet.
On the surface, FASHIONPHILE is about making pre-owned, ultra-luxury goods accessible. Rare pieces? We have them. Your favorite wishlist item for a steal? We’ve got that, too. We’re about guaranteed-authentic Holy Grail products in great condition, and quick buy-outs on pieces you’re ready to sell.
But then, FASHIONPHILE is also so much more.
It’s the idea that what you want, can (and should) be yours. That luxury isn’t synonymous with hard-to-get and harder-to-pay-for. That without a doubt, there’s nothing better than the real thing. And that when we create sustainable, practical solutions — for even the most luxurious of things — we not only make life better but frankly, more fun.
As the very first ultra-luxury re-commerce brand of its kind, FASHIONPHILE is the brainchild of Founder and President, Sarah Davis. Like most of the brands we love best, FASHIONPHILE began in 1999, with little more than a good idea. In 2006, Sarah introduced business partner & CEO Ben Hemminger, who evolved the brand by expanding the collection and presenting it to a larger market. Over 20 years later, FASHIONPHILE is now one of the world’s top resellers of pre-owned luxury and the exclusive re-commerce partner of Neiman Marcus.
In the words of Geoffroy van Raemdonck, CEO of Neiman Marcus Group, “FASHIONPHILE’s hyper-focus on curating high-quality supply and providing best-in-class shopping experiences makes it the ideal partner.”
When Neiman Marcus calls you ideal, you blush and just, well, let it in.
Our promise to you.
Our customers don’t take promises lightly, and neither do we. The four you see here represent our deepest dedications, explorations, and well, our values at our core. We hope you take them to heart the way we have.
1. We make authenticity our first priority.
And we don’t just mean our handbags, although authentication of our products is essential and come first in all we do. It’s why we’ve literally written the book on authentication, and why our process is one of the most in-depth in the industry.
2. When we want something, we’re all in.
Most other resellers operate on a consignment basis. That means that when you sell a bag, you won’t receive a payment for the item until they sell it. Which could literally take weeks or even months — if ever.
At FASHIONPHILE, we like clean slates and clear terms. So to our sellers, we offer full buy-outs on nearly every item, with immediate payment processing after the item arrives and is authenticated. And to our buyers, we offer a 100% authenticity guarantee, point blank period.
3. The best service, always.
We provide many ways for you to buy and sell ultra-luxury to make your experience, well, luxurious. This includes free shipping and free returns (U.S. Only, see page for terms). Want to try something out but don’t want to commit? We have a BuyBack Program for that. Reserve Luxury Layaway which allows you to buy an item using payment installments over time so you can buy that must-have bag now even if you don't yet have all the funds available.
We know that shopping online can leave you wanting more detail about your future luxury purchase, that is why we have Personal Shoppers available for any questions that you may have about a particular item.
4. We value what’s unique in people, in pieces, and in perspectives.
There is no art — and indeed no fashion — without depth and range of perspectives, backgrounds, experiences, and tastes.
As our Founder herself so aptly put it, “the more diversity we share — in perspectives, in ethnicity, in skin color, in culture, in sexual orientation, in religion and in all aspects of life, the better the product we produce and the better we are able to serve our diverse customer base.”
In alignment with those values, we’re truly proud and a little humbled to say that over half of our staff are currently people of color. Their presence makes our team better, more creatively and culturally diverse, and more aligned with the people we serve.
And like every person (regardless of their differences), our entire team is always growing, learning, and improving. We actively seek ways to better serve our customers and community, especially those who are historically underserved. If you ever have a question or concern, about any topic, we’re here.
