FASHIONPHILE

I bought a bag on Fashionphile as a gift for my wife, and it was in wonderful condition, but unfortunately the size was incorrectly listed, and so I had to return it. While Fashionphile offered me a refund, I asked if they would honor the price (I had been offered a discount) on another listing that was the correct size. They agreed to this and did a wonderful job making the process fully transparent and seamless. And the new bag is here and looks even better. Thank you so much!

Same as above--I had an issue and Fashionphile customer service went out of their way to make it right.

I received the package with only the authentication tag attached on the bag. The tag that if you remove, the bag can't be returned. However, I did not get an envelope with receipt or any other Fashionphile paperwork not sure if this is new thing. Overall, my experience was good item delivered right away and the item was in better condition than described which is a plus. I'm giving 4 stars because of the missing receipt and authentication card.

Amazing experience. My only complaint is taxes and duties were not told prior to shipping so it is always an expensive surprise on this end which also delays delivery.

I've purchased multiple things from Fashionphile and the condition of every piece has been even better than stated in the item description. My only complaint with the blanket I recently bought is that the Hermes box was in terrible condition. Lid collapsed and with a corner torn apart, various other wear and tear…and I just wish that had been disclosed because if I'd known that I would have waited for a blanket that had a box I could use for storage and display.

I put a bag on reserve with it's initial deposit. I was able to sell a bag to Fashionphile as well with great ease which sided my new bag purchase. It's an excellent bag, however it smells of smoke. I do wish that was noted in the description. The smell was overwhelming when I unwrapped it.

Both transactions and the delivery went great, but there should've been disclosure of the smoke smell.

Purchase was easy. Delivery with the multiple restrictions placed by shipper made getting my package challenging. Item was as described and I am very pleased

I purchased a beautiful Chanel choker. Unfortunately, the description said that the " short necklace" what is 16.25 inches in length, but when I received it, I realized it was only 14 inches in length too short for what I wanted. That reason I had to return my purchase, but I will definitely purchase from Fashionfile again. My item was shipped quickly, beautifully packaged and authentic.

I spoke with a representative who instructed me how to complete the return.

Nice clean Chanel bag, listed in very good condition and it arrived quickly. However, there was more leather wear than I expected on the sides of the front flap. That particular wear was not shown in the photos online, it was a disappointment to me. I am debating on whether to return it. Condition of these preloved handbags can be very subjective. From now on I will only buy preloved excellent or pristine bags.

Intuitive, clean design, best in class merchandising of all preowned marketplaces. Fantastic personal shopper team to back up my shopping experience. Highly recommended!

The only criticism I have is Fashionphile recently made reserve orders ineligible for promotions. This negates the appeal of your pricing and promos, and push the consumers to hunt deals on other marketplaces.

For the first time, I bought a product in this store, Chanel sneakers. I am happy with my choice. High quality, cool sneakers. No problems in service. Quickly, without additional questions, at least sometimes I wanted to discuss the details. It's good that everything ended well.

Third time using the site and like it. I feel like after spending hundred to thousands on an item, returns should be free of charge.

Please indicate, measurements if bracelets and watches band. That way folks like me will know if it's too small or too big. Thank you.

The merchandise is great and just as described. There did seem to be a glitch with their system in that it filled in someone else's name; the confirmation email I received had my address but someone else's name.
Also, they said I would have to sign for the package, which was great. However, the package was left on my porch like any other package. Wasn't too happy about that and what could have happened with it.

Customer rep was just okay, didn't try to explain why my account had a stranger's name in it. Didn't really appear to 'feel my concern' about the issue and the fact that their email to me showed the package was being shipped with that stranger's name.

FAST AND EASY! I wish that they could help Canadians by putting the cost of zero on the courier packages I ended up paying an additional 300 dollars for my package. Although the item was Nothing short of amazing! I don't know if I would order again due to this extra high cost

Almost all the bags i received have a specific odor that is always distinct and same as a perfume or cologne…
First I thought it was from a client that sells the bags to fashionphile but now I think is some employee working for fashionphile that store or manage the good often and just trasfering the odor on the bags because is always same odor … I really hope they can figure it out and fix the issue

Always good and understandable

Always always always read the item description and especially the "comes with" section! Once, I bought an item without reading and just relying on the pictures, (I guess the staff was too lazy to take different pictures, and was re-using the same pictures of the same items). The pictures of the item I bought clearly showed the luggage tag, but the "comes with" section didn't say anything. So I tried to contact customer service but it was like emailing a "wall"… leant my lesson! :(

Problem was not solved! No follow-up…

Fashionphile itself was great but UPS left such an expensive purchase at the door with no signature. This is very concerning

It's so fast to delivered for my state, but if easy to track the mail box detail that will be great

I am overall happy with my experience. After a week of purchasing, my item had not shipped. But after chatting with customer service, they upgraded the shipping to overnight for free to ensure it would make it in the initial shipping timeframe. They definitely redeemed themselves!

Great price for bag and bag was in better condition than described. Would like to see less coupon exclusions though.

Very smooth process. I wish that I would have been alerted more about the delivery status. I kept having to go back to my original email which is where my updated delivery status was posted. I don't normally purchase things that cost this much and was pretty anxious about my order. UPS was great and had me sign for my order. I ordered a Louie Vuitton box from postmark that claimed to be new but the hinge was ripped. The bag is perfect. Like new. Thank you! My daughter will love it! Merry Christmas to you all!

I asked for a Louie Vuitton duster bag but you don’t offer those.

Easy shopping. Earrings are lovely. The measurement was hard to gauge on my ear lobe. They are smaller than expected but will manage.

I was apprehensive to purchase a 2500$ used LV bag from FP but it had also been discontinued. It took me calling 3x and a total of 8 days before they even scanned to begin shipment. Customer service did seem very concerned and eased my anxiety.
