My daughter told me how much she wanted the Tiffany heart charm bracelet (it does go perfectly with her elegant prom dress). I inquired about the same bracelet I had purchased from my wife almost two decades ago to hear, "oh I got rid of that years ago for about $75 - $100." I was pleased to find a near flawless, certified replacement bracelet for somewhere in the middle of the full new cost of $700 and the prior errant sale price of my wife! Thanks for the help. Only issue is it takes 2 months from time of shipment to actual receipt to US Territory. Maybe there could be a shipping option to use USPS with insurance & signature? I bought a bag on Fashionphile as a gift for my wife, and it was in wonderful condition, but unfortunately the size was incorrectly listed, and so I had to return it. While Fashionphile offered me a refund, I asked if they would honor the price (I had been offered a discount) on another listing that was the correct size. They agreed to this and did a wonderful job making the process fully transparent and seamless. And the new bag is here and looks even better. Thank you so much!

I received the package with only the authentication tag attached on the bag. The tag that if you remove, the bag can't be returned. However, I did not get an envelope with receipt or any other Fashionphile paperwork not sure if this is new thing. Overall, my experience was good item delivered right away and the item was in better condition than described which is a plus. I'm giving 4 stars because of the missing receipt and authentication card.

I've purchased multiple things from Fashionphile and the condition of every piece has been even better than stated in the item description. My only complaint with the blanket I recently bought is that the Hermes box was in terrible condition. Lid collapsed and with a corner torn apart, various other wear and tear…and I just wish that had been disclosed because if I'd known that I would have waited for a blanket that had a box I could use for storage and display.

I put a bag on reserve with it's initial deposit. I was able to sell a bag to Fashionphile as well with great ease which sided my new bag purchase. It's an excellent bag, however it smells of smoke. I do wish that was noted in the description. The smell was overwhelming when I unwrapped it.

Both transactions and the delivery went great, but there should've been disclosure of the smoke smell.

Nice clean Chanel bag, listed in very good condition and it arrived quickly. However, there was more leather wear than I expected on the sides of the front flap. That particular wear was not shown in the photos online, it was a disappointment to me. I am debating on whether to return it. Condition of these preloved handbags can be very subjective. From now on I will only buy preloved excellent or pristine bags.

The only criticism I have is Fashionphile recently made reserve orders ineligible for promotions. This negates the appeal of your pricing and promos, and push the consumers to hunt deals on other marketplaces.

The merchandise is great and just as described. There did seem to be a glitch with their system in that it filled in someone else's name; the confirmation email I received had my address but someone else's name.
Also, they said I would have to sign for the package, which was great. However, the package was left on my porch like any other package. Wasn't too happy about that and what could have happened with it.

Customer rep was just okay, didn't try to explain why my account had a stranger's name in it. Didn't really appear to 'feel my concern' about the issue and the fact that their email to me showed the package was being shipped with that stranger's name.

Almost all the bags i received have a specific odor that is always distinct and same as a perfume or cologne…
First I thought it was from a client that sells the bags to fashionphile but now I think is some employee working for fashionphile that store or manage the good often and just trasfering the odor on the bags because is always same odor … I really hope they can figure it out and fix the issue

Always always always read the item description and especially the "comes with" section! Once, I bought an item without reading and just relying on the pictures, (I guess the staff was too lazy to take different pictures, and was re-using the same pictures of the same items). The pictures of the item I bought clearly showed the luggage tag, but the "comes with" section didn't say anything. So I tried to contact customer service but it was like emailing a "wall"… leant my lesson! :(

Problem was not solved! No follow-up…

Honestly I don't know if I can purchase from Fashionphile in the future if the items continue to have permeated odor from strong perfumes. I've read online that the San Diego location perfumes their items more heavily than the NYC store. Either way the smell is gross, unnecessary and is likely losing you returned business.

Items are returnable which is not always the case with other secondhand stores. Also, FP is the only 3rd party retailer that I have any semblance of confidence in but still have strong doubts and believe some of Fashionphile’s inventory is definitely super fakes.
