I bought a bag on Fashionphile as a gift for my wife, and it was in wonderful condition, but unfortunately the size was incorrectly listed, and so I had to return it. While Fashionphile offered me a refund, I asked if they would honor the price (I had been offered a discount) on another listing that was the correct size. I also like the collab with Neiman Marcus and the fact that you still have brick and mortar stores to visit. I want to feel 100% confident that whatever I purchase is absolutely authentic. I can also count on your grading/rating system of the merch for sale and pointing out the scuff, dent and any imperfections a piece may have. I've purchased multiple things from Fashionphile and the condition of every piece has been even better than stated in the item description. My only complaint with the blanket I recently bought is that the Hermes box was in terrible condition. Lid collapsed and with a corner torn apart, various other wear and tear…and I just wish that had been disclosed because if I'd known that I would have waited for a blanket that had a box I could use for storage and display.
Trust in their authentication
The bag is absolutely gorgeous. The entire transaction was simple and fast. The only problem that made me took a point off was the USP delivery. This is a very expensive luxury item. The delivery guy just simply dropped it on my front porch, ring doorbell and left when there was clearly stated as a signature required. With all the package pirate nowadays, he's lucky that I happened to be home.
Due to glitches with the FF website, I had to make three calls to customer service. The website is horrible - defaulted to pick up in store, showed I had a balance after I'd paid in full, wouldn't let me pay the balance it insisted I had, and then randomly refunded me for the money I was told I owed. However, everyone I talked to over the phone was SO nice and helpful, and the item was as described. I'd purchase again, but hope the website issues get solved. Such a big company shouldn't have silly glitches like that.

I put a bag on reserve with it's initial deposit. I was able to sell a bag to Fashionphile as well with great ease which sided my new bag purchase. It's an excellent bag, however it smells of smoke. I do wish that was noted in the description. The smell was overwhelming when I unwrapped it.
Both transactions and the delivery went great, but there should've been disclosure of the smoke smell.

I love purchasing items from Fashionphile. Their photos provide accurate descriptions of what you are purchasing. There is just one thing that I could appreciate, faster shipping. Quite often my items come almost a week later. When I spent $4000 on a bag, I would appreciate it coming within two days, especially since I live about two hours from Carlsbad where most of my bags originate. I feel like anything shipped via UPS takes longer than FedEx. I'm sure there is an option where I can pay more to have it shipped quicker, but after spending $4000 on a bag, I feel it would be courteous to get that bag to the customer in a more timely manner without an additional cost.
I had an overall good experience ordering from here. The wallet I ordered was slightly off in the measurements posted online but nothing too crazy. I would love if they offered a slight discount for first time buyer of the site or something like that.

Received my Chanel Business Affinity and it was in perfect "Excellent" condition as described. This is my first preloved bag. I've been very hesitant about purchasing one, but Fashionphile's 100% authentic guarantee helped immensely. I still plan to take it to Chanel to scan, but I'm pretty confident it is. I love that they notify you of price changes on items you follow. I pulled the trigger on my first handbag and my confirmation said it would ship it 1-3 days. I purchased a beautiful Chanel choker. Unfortunately, the description said that the " short necklace" what is 16.25 inches in length, but when I received it, I realized it was only 14 inches in length too short for what I wanted. That reason I had to return my purchase, but I will definitely purchase from Fashionfile again. My item was shipped quickly, beautifully packaged and authentic.

The bag is in "good" condition as noted in the description. There was some color bleed onto the white that I think they could have better described/pictured. Overall I am happy with my purchase and have already received many compliments. I think I received a very fair price for the bag and it's condition. I will be a return customer.
