As I said, the sale started after my purchase, way before I got my item. I called twice, both people were un apologetic, refused to credit my account. I have purchased several items from fashionfile. This would have gone a long way! Now I won't continue to shop with you. This purse had been on line for quite some time before I bought it!
Both people told me basically I missed the sale date, that’s how it is. In fact I hadn’t gotten my item yet. I asked if I needed to return the item and repurchase it to get the sale, she said I didn’t have time to do that before sale ended so try if you want.

Received my order really fast but unfortunately I dont like the item.It is too big on me so i decided to return. It sucks that fashionpile charges for return label which should not be in my opinion as I paid so much for the item already. I think they should provide an authenticity card as well as they said all items were checked and all authentic but how do we prove if it is authentic? Just saying.

Overall my experience was good. However when I open the package, the bracelet is so thin and light. I went back to the item's pages, it doesn't show the weight and size at all. The bracelet has two pearls on it, you described Width: 8.50 mm, I guess that's the diameter of the pearls, but actually the bracelet is less than 3 mm. So it's a little bit disappointing while I thought I got a pretty bracelet with good price.

Fashionphile should make it easier to purchase an item both online or through a phone order using a Visa gift card.
The first person I spoke with at length had to transfer my call. He tried to put payment through but could not. The person I spoke to helped rectify it. They had no background / notes to refer to.

I received the package with only the authentication tag attached on the bag. The tag that if you remove, the bag can't be returned. However, I did not get an envelope with receipt or any other Fashionphile paperwork not sure if this is new thing. Overall, my experience was good item delivered right away and the item was in better condition than described which is a plus. I'm giving 4 stars because of the missing receipt and authentication card.
Everything was quick and easy, i absolutely LOVE my new bag, although everything was packed nicely in the dust bag i do encourage fashionphile to add boxes along with their dust bag to pack the bags for more protection of the items.
