The items ordered were nothing like advertised. Cheap knockoffs. It was a picture on a sweatshirt, not sequins as advertised. Also ordered three items and only received two items. In order to return, you have to pay $30 shipping. Rip Off. Terrible products and service

This is Outrageous how company like Fashion online is scamming individuals from their hard earned money. How is it possible all of the sudden they don't have adequate staffing to gather and ship my order which was already paid for, they should then put the money back on my card and spared me from the lame excuses. I could have given that money to a legit charity organization instead of having it stolen or taking from me by Fashion online.

I've received my items they are totally different than the pictures on the website, different colours and differences materials, I am so disappointed after I was so excited waiting for my order, I wish I can skip one star too, this is my first purchase from them and the last, and I'm still waiting for the rest of my order I know it's not going to match the website picture

I order items from my online boutique and received only half of them to be told that the other item was out of stock and that I would receive a refund never received the refund how to file a dispute through PayPal they never reply to Paypal then I went into their website and saw that they were closing the store They don't reply to emails and they never physically refunded me my money I had to go through PayPal just to get the refund I really like the items that I received and I plan to order more for my online boutique however this company is a joke

Do not buy anything from this website, I bought a lot of sets and tops, and took like 3 months to receive my order and I received only a few pieces and the material was a TRASH terrible! I have been sending emails about my refund and they are not responding, they have been ignoring my emails. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

I placed an order in November and I haven't received the items or my money back. This is a scam dont order with this site.

Please do not buy anything from them. I saw a very beautiful pant saree on their website i purchased it then i get in contact with them by WhatsApp. Saree arrived and totally different from what I saw and purchased. Was pretty costly too. I text them they say they will send a dress for free but i wantes my money back. I emailed until now no reply. No reply from WhatsApp as well. Please make sure what you are buying. Im only sharing my experience. Thank you
