I logged on to fanduel and made a bet, the score was wrong (which is the only reason I made the bet. THEY DO THIS ALLLL THE TIME! IT'S JUST RIDICULOUS. I made a bonus bet with Fanduel and they only let me keep the winnings. Bogus... MGM let's you keep your bonus bet money and winnings, Fanduel Doesn't and it's wack. MGM is better. Also I had a friend join and we were both supposed to get 50 bonus bet, but I only received it and the friend didn't. Bogus again. MGM is better
I did a survey on the 5th. I did it as soon as it was sent. And they said in 72 hours you will receive a bonus it been over 72 hours so I contacted them about it. They say it for the first 500 people it's no way people did they survey that fast. The problem is they was not going to give you nothing in the first place. They scam people out they money and they make to many excuses

So FanDuel allowed me to sign up, hook up my credit card info, and then charge me money when I made a bet. Suddenly I get locked out, confused I contact customer service. We figure out that my account was suspended AFTER they allowed me to deposit money. After figuring out all the transaction details, sending them my id and more proof requested, they tell me that there is nothing they can do and that my account was suspended because I am not a resident of Ontario. If you are going to suspend my account and this is not allowed, why let me deposit money in the first place?
The worst possible site to go on unless you love to throw your money away. They make it so obvious that you might as well just mail your cash to them. I will definitely definitely tell everybody not to download FanDuel and put it all over social media as much as possible. Stars for rating=-5
My account was suspended because I won $120 on a $10 bonus bet and cashed out $100. FanDuel thought this was suspicious activity and froze my account until they conducted an investigation (which took forever and was done with no notice) What a waste of time. A lot of the casino games are unplayable as well.
I feel FanDuel be cheating people... I've been playing since Oct of 2023 and the things I've seen are odd like many glitches in their system... Also when you're playing for a higher amount the bonuses pay you very little... Like playing for $3 and you get 90 cents like who's doing the math at FanDuel... Hopefully they will fix it and actually be honest

It's a sham it's a fraud. They make sure that players do not reach a certain point which means they make sure you do not win back. I have invested my last dollar putting it into FanDuel because it will always be that one person where you can have 14 1/2 points And guess what that player gonna sit down for the rest of the game just so he can't get that point I caught this a long time ago and it's really no point of even trying to attempt to bet on this site or any of these sites they make billions of dollars off of us but then they deny you a chance to win a bet that you know can be won.
Has anyone else had issues with the promotions? I know you're supposed to "OPT-IN" to utilize them. But some of them like the "deposit $400 and receive $200 back" do not have that option. Like for example, I clicked on it on Feb 16th, and it took me right to the deposit page where I then deposited $400. I never did receive it. I contacted customer service and they said they cannot pay it out to me because I didn't opt in? I wouldn't trust these guys with paying out anything. They just take your money and post fake promotions.
Just like every other online casino whenever you're actually winning you get a Geo location error even though you haven't left the spot you've been in better yet you get an inactivity error when you're in the middle of spinning the slots, I have a full screen recorded video of them cheating me, and then I filed a complaint with the proof and they said to me well you switch from cellular data to Wi-Fi at 2:03 I was in the middle of playing so this did not happen and that was the answer for kicking me out of a site when I was winning. But if you're losing this never happens, they'll take your money all day long. I've had a error for 4 Day now they reached out to me telling my software was outdated so I got the lastest version still having the same issues no one on their end doesn't think it's an online error on their part. Refund me my money simple they have made nothing effort to do so I will never play with fan duel again crooks

I was on their app and I wanted to place a bet so I did. Their app ended having a big delay before I placed my bet. I didn't realize it was a 9 minute delay. The odds didn't match up with the delay. So I lost my bet before I put it in. Customer service was not helpful at all. They pretty much said it wasn't there fault
They lie about the referral amount once you refer someone they come up with all kinds of excuses that they don't have to give it to either.
