I entered an nba parlay on fanduel. 5 mins later I decided I wanted to void my entry. I could not cancel it myself because had to get in touch with fanduel. So, I wrote to fanduel 14 hours before the nba event took place to ask them to withdraw my nba parlay entry.
Well, they never withdrew it and I lost my money entering an nba parlay I never was happy with.
Fanduel does not care about their customers and I will never play at their site again!

I tried to sign up for bet $50 get $150 and was referred by a relative. They said you can't be referred by a relative. I had no idea that was a rule. So I had a friend refer me instead. They still wouldn't give me the promo even though I've never used FanDuel before as I'd tried to be referred by a relative first. How petty can you get?!?! I'd rather use a company that treats their customers better rather than the one with all the flashy advertising.
FanDuel's customer support consist if automated messages telling you to be patient and they can't wait to resolve your problem and will look into the issue when they have the opportunity. For seven days now my account has been locked by FanDuel do to "unusual activity" and I can't bet or get access to the money deposited in my account. They can't or won't tell me why it is locked and they won't give me an estimate as to when they will even look into the issue much less fix the problem. Over the past seven days I tried contacting them through live chat, email and Facebook messenger. The response is always no answers to my questions and an automated response telling me to be patient. I have tried calling their phone number. It rings once and then disconnects the call. Can't image worse customer service. If you want to bet on sports use some other sportsbook.

As we all know Fanduel, has lost is popularity and lost its sports book betting as well - as we forsee Fanduel to one of the Many Gambling webpages to hit the dust - as most know its all about staying true to your consumer and in many complaints about the company. It is now just sick - how low can a company go to make out when it's a "Hence" gambling site. My advice to everyone - but im sure most have went to Draft Kings, or ESPN has a new page out there. If you want to stick to gambling - let the pros do it like Ceasears and the major casinos - lets not let a site like Fanduel do what they know nothing about - its just a company with a high investor - that wants to enjoy taking the money of the generous and people who are interested to learn about the games. For probably the 50th time in a year a player(Embid) scratched with no time left to make a change. They should know more then 5 mins before a game if someone is playing. Then there customer service super hard to contact. Also there reward systems seem to give back maybe a dollar for every $200.00 spent.
Ensure you read it, as their bet $5 and get $150 depends on the type of bet you make. I didn't get it as I posted a spread bet and not a money line bet. They offered me a no sweat bet of $25, I lost and they took my money anyway. I got on and spoke with customer service twice. 1st guy said wait 72 hours and your money will be back. 2nd guy I will submit it to your account right away. I received a $25 bonus bet. Fanduel has 0 customer service. I received suspicious emails about transactions in my account. I contacted fanduel and they said they froze account. I can't even get in to my own account, but after they said they froze it, i received another email that a major withdrawal occurred. They say it is escalated, but don't communicate anything to me.
If you win a large amount of money they hold your money for the state to review (which is fine) problem is they lie about a timeline. You think you'll have all this money by a certain time & you won't. Then you curse out the staff for their lies and they suspend your account indefinitely and you never receive it.
