I placed an order with Fanaticsusa.com on December 3rd and never heard anything from them. I contacted them twice and was told the order was shipped. After the conversation I received an email that the order was shipped 2 weeks before. The waybill number I was given showed "no information found" when I tried to trace it. Now I can't even get into the website--it shows an error. It's now January 7th and still no word on my order. Luckily, when I contacted my credit card company they refunded the charge immediately with no questions asked. That told me it must be a common problem with this company.

I ordered a jersey December 3rd. Its been almost 22 days since i ordered it. I haven't got one single email from them so that's when i decided to email them myself. I've emailed them twice and got no replies its been about 6 days. I've read the policy and it says how if you haven't got an email then your order could have been cancelled but if my order was cancelled my money shouldn't have went through and i should've got my $53.25 back. I have no information on my order at all so it'd be appreciated if i can get my money or even that jersey that i paid a lot for. As of now i consider this website a scam.
