Holy guacamole my son's 48v ATV is awesome. He is LOVING it. We take it to the local parks and he is burning around on it in our neighbourhood. It is legit FAST. He is 5 and already learning so much about manoeuvring a vehicle and road rules etc. He is very respectful when around others and wears his helmet.
Our gokart lasted 1 month then stopped charging. It seems like an easy fix…but because they have the actual worst customer service, we don't know how to fix it. Like all the previous reviews…we too do not get called back. Do not buy from this company. They are Terrible. Still waiting on my call back after emailing multiple times and calling for the last 3 days.
I recieved my childrens quad totally destroyed the frame was bent and the quad was all scratched up. I was told to still accept the quad and fill out a damage report. I got no answers from customer service you have to email everything. I even sent numerous pictures. 3 days later and i still have no idea on what is going on whether they r resending a new quad or anything. Horrible customer service skills.
I was given the run around for my Military discount plus my refund for a lift gate truck. It took two weeks before I received my package. I got a call at 10:45am on May 4 and was told the truck will be there in 1-hr. The truck didn't show up until 15 minutes to 2; 00pm. My package was missing the parts inventory sheet, had parts missing, cover for top of Go-cart had holes in it, Right turn signal I had to get it fixed, and missing instruction sheet how to put cart together.
I've been waiting a week to have someone help me resolve why a brand new motor scooter will not start. I've been asked to send a video of what is going on I did then was asked again, I shouldn't have to pay someone to look at it because the company is doing anything to help me.
After I received my 49 cc scooter. Found out that I needed to have it registered where I live. So after contacting the title clerk. I received the paper work. WRONG. Papers. The bill of sale and title did not match. I have the title for a piece of equipment that I did not purchas. But the bill of sale was correct Contacted title clerk back. And my reply back was that she did not see any problem with the paper work. So I highlited the issues and explained that the title was wrong. So all she did was send me the bill of sale that matched the title. Not my order. Ant not my equipment. Still not right. I have now made 3 trips to the county clerk. And they still will not touch it So contacted back the clerk again. My reply back was. I do not know what you want me to do. How about your job. And maybe if you read the message that I sent you. Then there would not be a issue am about ready to make them take this back.
Still waiting for my order I placed earlier this month, still haven't received it. I thought placing it earlier it would get it here before my daughters birthday next week and it's almost June!
Product is good for the price, but "Free shipping" = $85 in fees at checkout and then a week later a additional $20 shipping related fee so "free shipping" really mean $105 shipping. Website makes it seem like you will receive it quickly, took me 17 days to get mine. Website makes it seem like you are receiving an assembled machine, you aren't. Assembly wasn't hard (took about 30-45 minutes to unpackage and assemble) but there are no instructions to double check the steering linkage you assemble (which would have been nice seeing how my child will be riding it). Missing two small bits of hardware, I was able to find replacements at my house, but again if it was assembled at the store it wouldn't have been a problem. Overall the product isn't bad for the price, but I should have ordered from a different company.
Not inpressed with the paint rubbed off the plastic I hope it works better than it looks also it can not get wet I wish I new that before I ordered it.
Received the e-atv however I am having a problem with the battery and I am having a difficult time getting a response from the company.
