I ordered a personalized gift for Christmas, and while it arrived on time, the letters were transposed. I immediately checked my order, and it was correct—this should have been a simple fix before the holidays. Instead, I've been stuck in a ridiculous three-month battle of daily emails with their incompetent customer service.
Despite providing clear photos of the mistake, their responses have been a mess. One day, they claim I received the wrong product. The next, they demand more pictures—pictures I've already sent multiple times. Then, they offer to fix their mistake, but only if I pay an extra $15. Every email is more frustrating than the last, full of contradictions, excuses, and claims that they somehow "don't have the images," even though they were clearly attached.
I've asked for a refund dozens of times, but the best they'll offer is $10 off. Three months, daily emails, and I still don't have the correct product. At this point, it's clear they have no interest in fixing their mistakes, only in stringing customers along. Avoid this company at all costs.
What a stand up company that stands behind their products. Mine was damaged during shipping to no fault of Family Gifts Co but they immediately sent me a new one. They just asked for a couple of pictures which I was prepared to do. The print turned out awesome. Thank you for everything
Ordered three weeks out and promised delivery by Christmas. I explained that I was at a military base overseas and was still guaranteed delivery by Christmas. It did not make it. If you promise something you have to deliver. It's just good business.
I ordered a canvas picture on Nov 26th. The website says 7-10 days for delivery. I started e-mailing the company mid-December because the expected delivery date kept moving. They kept guaranteeing I would have this by Christmas. It finally showed up today, December 26th!
I'm disappointed they lied to me in e-mails and that it took over twice as long to ship. In reading through other reviews on here, it sounds like this is the norm for their company. Sad.
I ordered two granddaughter Keychains and there was only one in the package. My repeated emails have been completely ignored. The product is low quality and over priced but cute messages. The lack of customer service is alarming.

I should have know better to order something through a social media site but when I saw the "for my daughter" keychain I wanted to get it for my 17-year-old. First of all they added some kind of "package protection" automatically that I did not ask for which cost about $3.00 so I'm sure most people would ignore. When I asked about it, I never heard back. Then I got my shipment and it wasn't a keychain for my daughter, it was for a granddaughter, which I do not have.
The picture itself was fine but my delivery was delayed four times before I actually got it. And when it did arrive, fedex didn't even put it by the front door but by my garage door so we had to go looking for it. We kept being told it would be delivered and would wait around all day only for it not to come... several different times. The picture wasn't packed very protectively so we were grateful the box wasn't beat up.
I have been trying to contact this company for over a week, they do not respond to my emails and they do not answer there phones, it always goes to leaving a message and they never respond back! Very poor customer service, I will never purchase products from them again
The Family Gifts is a terrible company. They do not respond to emails and their phone is a dead end. I purchased a $35 item on 12/14 - have not received it as of 1/4 and they are not responding to my inquiries. DO NOT BUY from them.
I ordered print 11/26. It never arrived for Christmas. They provide you with fedex tracking number but item never ships. The updates are automated and completely inaccurate. I paid $100 but only received $10 refund. I rather get an honest answer in your gift will not arrive until February or something along th those lines. They have terrible customer service. Please read Facebook comments before you purchase. They told me Christmas day order will not make it.
I've reached out minutes after purchasing due to an autocorrect error and have been reaching out to you guys for a few days... no response yet. Aggravating especially when I keep getting automated responses about "how much you are willing to help" and one personal response that completely ignores my correction- confirmation request.

I purchased something for a Christmas present 4 weeks ago. This item still has not arrived despite getting a notice saying it shipped and being provided an order number. No one in customer service could tell me where it was. I have called twice and sent emails twice. No response to the emails and the calls were a waste of time. While on one call, I could hear a rooster crowing in the back ground. Where is their customer service call center... on a farm? I strongly recommend against this company. Beyond done dealing with them.
I will update this if they ever make it right. I give them credit for their marketing efforts, it appears that they have been swamped with orders. Place order on 12/5 to receive in time for Christmas - it was a No Go. Several emails with a bogus Fedex tracking number. When I complained they sent me a different one showing delivery by end of day 12/31, that came and went. Tonight I received an update that my order was lost in transit - by lost in transit I think they mean never produced. They did send me a digital image! Along with a promise to receive it in 14 to 19 days. I just want my money back. Again I applaud their marketing team, but their customer service needs work.
Same issues year after year I guess. Blanket apology letter blaming shipping, holidays, etc. I got a generic canned email apparently from the CEO, doubtful, offering me I CD and $50 toward future purchase. As if I'd ever order from them again.
I am fully expected that I will not get my order by Christmas as promised on their site. MISLEADING AND FRAUDULENT selling practices. Lesson learned.
During the holidays, I purchased two products from this company. One arrived perfect and I loved it but the second arrived damaged, which I immediately emailed the company pictures of the box and item. They said they never received the photos, so I sent from my work account, citing the original account. They acknowledged, saying they were looking into it and would take care of it. I was very happy with the response. THREE months later, I emailed them again, they are still looking into it... Be very wary if you have an issue. I had planned to purchase more due to liking my first one but ordered from somewhere else after such poor service.
After my recent unpleasant encounter how this company does business with broken timely shipping promises, and I had expressed my dissatisfaction on my prior review, it is only fair for me to update my review after Family Gifts refunded my money and apologized for the shipping issues it had during the holiday season. Customer care seemed sincere with their apology and for this I will give it a 3 star. I hope they learned a lesson of not giving their customers the run around if they want to stay in business.
I ordered an LED canvas as a gift for my best friend. I paid almost $100 dollars for it. It took forever to arrive and when it did it was just a plain canvas! I contacted via email because you can't speak with anyone and they offered me $15 credit! This was their mistake and they didn't take responsibility! I will never use them nor should anyone else!
Ordered a print with family names and premium frame. After the shipping problems it arrived late, but was still in time for Christmas. However after opening, there was a spot with a missing image, so the canvas was showing from behind. But worse was the shard hardware protruding through the canvas. Sent 4 emails now, with images, and no response. Honestly, I would have been happy with a replacement, but no contact back is not acceptable for any business.

The art is beautiful and the custom order bits were beyond my expectations I am thrilled with this purchase and highly recommend this group for their outstanding work. I was kept informed throughout the process as to its creation, review, shipping, and delivery. Top notch process all the way.
Answer: I got an email on 12/23 saying my order was shipping but on 12/26 customer service said that email was sent in error. I ordered in 11/30 and paid extra for the VIP service. What a waste of money and no Christmas prese t as promised if ordered by 12/8
