Ordered a jacket, came damaged, worst quality that you can imagine, in touch with them for over a week, can't get refund so far. Made a claim with my cc, hopefully they change them back.

Red One coat was nice. Soft sheep leather, faux sherling, but the closures are made with rubber bands and one side of the loop pulled out of the stitching. Luckily I have a decent sewing kit and was able to repair it. It has a strong tannin smell similar to mink oil but it is enclosed in a tub with a large container of baking soda and it's working well to take out the smell just overnight so should be good after a day. It would be much better with leather strips for closures and I think I will eventually do that. The rest of the stitching seems good. Nice deep pockets quilted polyester lining in the sleeves down to 6 inches above the cuff which is the sherling material. With my measurement's it said I should order large but I ordered extra large to wear a vest underneath and I'm glad I did because the sleeves are exactly right. Ordered expedited shipping and that didn't happen and had to send repeated emails to no response until I threatened them with PayPal. Refunded my expedited shipping fee but never responded to my complaint about the closure.

Was a bit worried when ordering from here because I had never heard of it before and because I was looking for a jacket that cannot be found anywhere, and it was found here- I was a bit suspicious. But seemed legit, ordered the jacket. Did not receive any confirmation or shipping numbers which was a little worrying since how much i spent on the jacket. My e-mails were not answered but just received the jacket and it is perfect! Definitely trustable website!

I ordered a leather jacket from Fame leathers and was disappointed that they never confirmed my order or send me any correspondence whatsoever. No shipping number nothing! I do a lot of online shopping and in this day and age where there is a lot of fraudulent activity going on I think is very unprofessional and sketchy that after spending $175 with the company they would not send me any information regarding my order. So I decided that I would file a complaint with PayPal after trying to contact the seller numerous times via email and Facebook asking for an order number for shipping confirmation to no avail. After PayPal got involved in the whole dispute process Fame Leathers finally got back to me with a shipping number. I did receive my order and I'm happy with it. However there is no excuse for a poorly run company. They would have saved theirselves a lot of hassle and embarrassment had they just sent me a simple email. Do buy from them but just know that you might be left in the dark for awhile not knowing if or when you might be receiving your order. Get it together!
