So I purchased a jacket last week, and after multiple email I have nit heard back when I can expect it delivered. I am becoming worried this is a scam. Anyone else have this problem?

Hello. I am waiting for a jacket since 5 weeks. No communication since, except at the beginning that the order went through. Service communication is lame and I am not sure yet if that company is a scam indeed. Nobody picks up the phone and e-mails don't get answered. The contact option, I. E. e-mail service is out of order. The payment receipt stems from a third party. At least I don't know this service. Not very reassuring. The above positive comments are all posted on the same date. This stinks. I wonder if anyone can post anything here to get trusted business.

Everyone that I heard about has this problem, apparently they don't expend any time or effort on customer relations, very poorly run company. Maybe they should hire Mr. Trump to teach them a few things on how to run a company.
