I love everything on fabkids from the clothing to accessories, and shoes. I am a frequent buyer and my kids love everything that I have ordered from fabkids. The quality of the clothing and shoes material is always superb. Stitching of the dresses is always perfect. Shoes are very comfortable and trendy. Sizes are always try to fit and sometimes little bit bigger which I always prefer as kids grow really fast and they need bigger size with in few months. I'm a happy customer and will keep buying stuff from fabkids whenever they have good deals.

The worst experience ever, after they messed up my address, I was told my order was back at the facility && I had to wait another week for my order. Then In the process of getting it reshipped I'm told the shoe I ordered is now out of stock! WTH type of business are you guys running here? Very unpleasant experience with fabkids and hopefully whatever scam they're running gets shut down quick. Just not fair to the kids and parents, especially during Back To school season.

At first I used to place orders and they would come, then they started coming broken, items broken, then my packages too forever and now I never got my package. I called customer service to cancel my account and get a refund, the woman o. The phone told me they didn't send me my order because "items were damaged " so the carrier sent it back to them - Fabkids. No one reached out to me to tell me they got my order back or they would refund me. I had to call and send emails, the woman told me I would get a refund within 5-7 days. I still haven't received any refund or any items. I'll never ever use this site again and I'll also make sure I share my experience so this doesn't happen to other people.

I love the shoe options for my 8-year-old daughter! Unfortunately, there's not a big selection for my 12-year-old daughter. Most of the shoes are very kidish. Also, when I signed up I really thought I was going to be getting some really good deals. But honestly all your products are pretty expensive, especially your clothes. And when I do get rewards we can't even use them unless I spend a certain amount of money. I can't afford to spend 50 plus dollars every month on shoes just so I can use my $10 reward or get free shipping. Definitely thought I'd be getting better deals!

There have been a few items that I've purchased that have been good quality, but for the most part the fabric is cheap, see through, and products don't last long especially for the price. I would not recommend this website to friends and family.

I have had a subscription for years and I almost always skip the month. The clothes are average quality, and I often just don't have a budget for new things. Sometimes, I forget to skip the month.
With most subscription I don't want I get mad at myself when this happens, but I don't with Fabkids. Those mistakes give me an excuse to buy a few new needed items and since it doesn't expire I can replace things when we absolutely need a few new basics in the house. I usually use up those credits on clearance items. This order I got 2 new outfits for about the cost of one member credit plus shipping.

I order two items from FabKids. I received a tracking number within a few days. The items reached my state and was in some limbo for 6 days. Then it said delivered when it was not. Called FabKids and they indicated that Lasership were suppose to take pictures when they make a delivery which did not happened. They told me to wait 72 hours to see if the package turns up. Of course the package did not show up. Called FabKids back and they refuse to issue a full refund now that one of the items is out of stock. I mean what a load of $#*!! I would never order anything from these people. What am I suppose to do with a store credit. Buyer beware.

I like the things we've gotten from FabKids, but I don't love them. They are cheaply made and the 2T size is too big. But I guess you get a good deal? Also takes a while for shipping, considering it isn't top quality materials.

My experience was good. Received purchase on time. But the boots that I purchased don't light up anymore after just having them for one week. It was one of my granddaughters' favorite thing to wear but is very sad it doesn't work anymore. I was so disappointed.

Great styles, fun for fun, low quality materials. I ordered a pair of glitter light up tennis shoes for my daughter and they are her favorite but the glitter material the shoe is made out of just cracked and broke to pieces the first day of school.

Please do your research, this company will takes money even without send a product. When you call them and explain that you don't want your membership, they continue to bill you and then only offer credit. You then cancel again, use your credit and are caught in a never ending loop losing 29.95 a month.

I give Fabkids 5 stars because the service was amazing. The only complaint is the clothings are too expensive for kids with growth spurts. I would buy something for $40 or more just for my daughter or son to grow out of it after literally 2 times. If I'm paying that much I would at least keep it and wear it a few more times. That price is okay for adult clothing because we're done growing so therefore we could wear our clothing more than a couple times. That's one of the reason why I had to cancel.

I placed my last order almost a month ago and yet I have a 50 dollar charge yesterday. Weird?
Never received one of the items ordered. Customer service is horrible.
I don't always find clothes that my kids would wear. They are into things that don't have the cutesy designs on the front. Also, it's expensive and you have to order a lot to get feee shipping. Most retailers offer free shipping nowadays. With all that said, my orders come in a fair amount of time (not quickly) and the quality is okay. Probably could get the same things at Walmart for cheaper.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
Answer: Even after I cancelled I was still charged until I cancelled my credit card scamming company!
