I Ordered, paid and received order. Shortly thereafter there was a $49.95 charge attempted that my bank was suspicious of and declined the charge and notified me.
Why was I almost charged $49.95 by FabKids?
I order 3 pairs of shoes Sept. 4th. I contacted them on the 19th they hadn't shipped the carrier was awaiting them. So after fighting with the representative to offer me a solution they shipped a second box (supposedly) on the 19th. It is now the 27th of Sept and they again as saying that the package is awaiting carrier pickup. Seems very scammy to me.
I have been waiting for a "shipped" order for over a week now and every time I call the agents just read the same paragraph from the script over and over again. They can't actually answer a single question.
My order has been "shipped" and "awaiting carrier pickup" for over a week. It's been shipped with FedEx, but they don't have it and FabKids customer service just keeps parroting the same crap "it's shipped. I can guarantee you'll receive it!" The first agent I talked to tried to convince me that the "estimated delivery date" (a week after the packages "ship"/label created date) was the day that FedEx was going to pick it up. And as a small business owner myself, I knew that was crap. But she said to call back on that day if I didn't get any updates- sure enough, no updates on that day.
Very, very disappointed as we were really excited to find an affordable place to buy shoes for our 5 constantly growing kids. But this just isn't it. Save yourself the stress and headache, don't have over $100+ go missing and get absolutely no resolve.
I figured I would be try them last and found the quality to be very good. My granddaughter loves boots and I was not disappointed. Thanks for making affordable for someone like myself. My income is not much but you have been a blessing.
The shoes were to small wrong size need a bigger size

I ordered my daughter three pair of shoes for her birthday and I needed them for a specific day. The delivery date was supposed to be for Saturday. I placed the order a week prior. At the end of the day the package came two weeks later. I was very disappointed and I understand things happen but the site and FedEx had two different dates, it kept changing later and later, it was a hot mess. Two years ago I paced an order and the same thing happened which is why two years later I tried to give it another shot. Sorry but never again.
I have been a member for years and I placed an order and it said a success, then got an email next day saying cancellation due to items unavailable, all 8 of them? It shows all items available so I wait a day and reorder same items as they are still showing available and same result, I did this 3 times, on the 4th try it finally shows what is and is not available? Unbelievable, will be reconsidering my membership, they are fine to charge me every month, I do this only because it is fun to do with my grandchildren, they get a kick out of shopping online with me.
Was excited for these shoes to come for my son. Not only did they take awhile to get here. Went to put them on for the first day of school and one of the eyelets were not secured properly. The thread came out instantly and fell off. Shoes were loose and falling off my son due to not being able to tighten them enough. Very disappointed as he cannot wear these now 😞
I was ordering from this site as it says "FabKids". I was ordering shoes for a 12 year old. When they came in, the shoes were a womens size and way too big. If this is a "kids" site, why are the sizes for adults? There was no distinction of whether the shoes were kids sizes or adult sizes.
I got the cutest cat boots and dinosaur shoes and boots. They loved them.
I have tried several times to cancel my account and can't find a helpful person no contact number. I clicked skip this month but apparently it didn't work cause I got charged then I tried chat and now they are like we'll it's pass the 6th sorry. No I'm sorry you guys purposely make it impossible to get out of
The quality were great shoes were a little big but overall great 👍

Sizes are always a true fits.
The size is the right size they also are fitted the materials on it is comfy
The items I bought look and fit well. The colours were bright and my daughter loves them. My issue with clothes from this site is that after the first wash, the colour deteriorates and looks washed out.
Why do they make girls pants so long? If you get size 16 or 18 the length is ridiculous
