3 of the shoes I received were not what was advertised. None of the pictures showed a Velcro strap on them. However, the shoes I received did have a Velcro strap which actually makes the shoes ugly. Would have never ordered if the pictures advertised correctly.

I asked for a refund for 49.95 and never received it

I have never ordered anything from FabKids before. But I wanted to get the best shoes for my little girl since she's all about the bright colors. She seen the shoes she wanted and we purchased from them. They are amazing and a great fit. Perfect for back to school and very affordable.

As of 8/8/24 I have not received the merchandise. The time frame from placing order is too long. There is not a lot of contact or information sharing. Generally speaking I am accustom to receiving updates on a regular basis.

I have 21 grandchildren. And they don't all live close by. This site is wonderful because it lets my grandchildren show me things they like and I can send them for birthdays, Christmas or just because. The deals are amazing and the quality is great!

I ordered my daughter shoes for school on July 13. Today is Aug. 10 and I still have not received the order. I called for help last week and was told I would get expedited shipping and should have the shoes this week. That didn't happen. At this point, I have to think this program is a scam.

I got my little girl 3 pairs of shoes for less than $20! I've gotten fabkids in the past and absolutely love their shoes and they last a long time. Not to mention adorable styles and patterns... The only issue I have is the wait. I placed my order on August 25 and I'm not to expect my package till Sep 8 😐

Weeks after my purchase they tried to charge my account again. I had to close my debit card because they kept trying to charge me after I verified with my bank that my initial order was paid. Crooks and frauds. Will never order from there again!

Quality products...fashionable...fast service...variety of items and unbelievable prices

I noticed I bought a shoe that may not work out for my daughter and I immediately called not even a 2 minutes after and I was told the order was already being processed, I stated I just submitted, I was told they could only delete or cancel the entire order, which I did not want to do, because it could've taken a few days for the system to REFUND.

Then all I keep getting is messages

I love the styles of the shoes and the prices are great, but this is the second time I've tried ordering through them and they just don't fit my daughters foot. She has a very narrow foot and these are way wide.
