I purchased products on the 6th of January and to this date i have no idea where the items are. There has been no communication outside of " thank you for your purchase". How can a business take your money and vanish into thin air

I am going back and forward for 3 weeks with Customer Service on a Max V hoodie that wasn't stitched properly and came apart after 3 wears. Products usually good but if there is a product quality issue not identifiable immediately you could be in trouble as I am right now having passed the 45 day policy. No consideration given to a possible isolated quality issue but I am struggling with daily emails and phone calls at this point. If this was a local store I would get credit. All I am looking for is a replacement... How difficult is that?
I'm really disappointed with their customer service because my order number 193-5840-7219 is a month late and they haven't answered any of my emails. I submitted my order on the 22nd of October and I got an SMS that it will arrive on the 6th of November, but it obviously hasn't.
I tried to reach them via their web chat, emails, even via Instagram, but there was no answer.
On more than one occasion my orders have taken a long time to process without any communication. Shen I contact you I find out you no longer have my size. I've been given discount codes for the inconvenience to find these font always work

Just be careful to get the size right first time as it costs you to return the item and it costs you delivery again to reorder…. If I had known this from the start, then I probably wouldn't have ordered… but the 365 day return and reading the policy doesn't tell you about any charges!
