Communication problems! I needed help with sizing as I was confused by the international sizing. After placing my order I thought I was wrong about sizing and changed the order. I admit I was wrong to keep asking for changes, but what I really needed was help with sizing. These boots were being made for a costume for a 9 year old girl in American size 3. I did explain this on an email in about 2-3 days after placing my order all order. They basically came back and said it was too late. If I wanted to cancel they would still charge me half the price of the order. So I said I wanted to cancel. It did not happen. I received the boots 3 days after Halloween (and I had placed the order about a month prior to. It was supposed to arrive within a week of the 31st, which was a 2-3 week shipping time. I will admit my original measuring was correct and the boots did fit her. But, I don't she will be able to wear them next year? Anyway, it was just lack of customer support that I am complaining about.
The pants were too large and poofy. They were closer to the pants MC hammer wore than the pants of a Japanese uniform.
My costume turned out great! I love it. Great quality. I do need to have it altered a bit but overall, it's a great costume and I would order from here again.
Customer service was very quick in responding back to me and was willing to speak with the seamstress on a color change. I did indeed receive the costume and the shirt was a dark blue as I was looking for c: it also arrived much sooner than originally projected. Highly recommend based on customer service alone.

Costume was good quality, a bit shorter than expected though. I feel great wearing this outfit and got many compliments. The boot covers didn't fit, so I do suggest if you have bigger calves going up a couple cm in size just to be sure they will fit.
