The last cosplay i bought was so bad and so far off with the measurements and i did not get a refund on it. The second one which was the most recent order was a bit too small but looks good overall.
I requested custom measurements for the costume I ordered. All measurements were short by 1 to 2 inches. In my case, that meant the shoulder width was short by 2 inches, arm length short by 2 inches, which made the arms on the costume much shorter and made it look like only 3/4 of my arms were covered. It also meant that I couldn't sit down in the costume because the crotch to neck length was short by 2" and had no room to move. The neck was not specified, but it was so small that I could barely zip up the costume and was basically choking when it was.
The quality of the video is pretty good, but even giving them custom measurements didn't get me a good costume, which really makes me very unhappy about it.
The product just arrived and looks great. The seize fits perfect just as shown in the seize chart. I would have loved a manual for the build of the belt, but I will figure it out in no time.
Was exactly what i needed, but shipping was late, so could not go to the cosplay with the costume set :'(
I used a coupon that said my total was $215 but paypal kept saying $236. The product received is only ok. It is slightly too big, but that is my fault, not seller's. The dress is ok, I don't understand some of the accessories and how they are supposed to attach to the costume. My legs don't peep out very much. Maybe if there was a big wind. The tiara is horrendous. It looks very tacky, like a headband turned sideways with a jewel hot glued on. There are no glove/finger accessories even though I asked if I was receiving them and was told yes.
My package was delivered at the lowest estimated amount of time, and the quality was fantastic for easy styling. The wig was long so a little trimming is in order and the color was very light, but it is overall a great purchase.

They usually have really good/fast shipping! But my last order took really long and I ended up not even being able to wear it at the con. So I was surprised it's back to the fast shipping again! Quality is great as always as well~
The accessories are amazing! I noticed that the claws seem a bit more delicate than I was anticipating but they look wonderful! The earring and the Mic piece look amazing!
