Aside from a short, 2 minute bug where I could not add things to the shopping cart, the experience was easy to follow and I am very happy for the availability of custom-tailored outfits.
Unfortunately for me, I had originally ordered my boots too small. So I had to reorder them in the correct size which was difficult because I don't understand the difference between US foot size and metric measurements. I ended up paying about 150-160 US dollars total between the 2 orders and their shipping. Customer response times were very slow since they only respond to my emails once a day. Once I finally recieved my orders, both 4 days over due through DHL, I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the boots considering the base price. However, I'll still hold back for a while because of the customer service.
Makoto boots were pretty well made especially considering they were made to my measurements. Definitely would recommend.
It was tricky finding the matching costume wig accessory. Also tried first on my desktop, and after entering all info the site froze up.

Ordered this cosplay last minute, not really expecting it to arrive on time but was suprised that it came on time. Very satisfieed with the quality of the costume and the speediness of everything.
An sich ein super Produkt aber sehr blöd das ich immer mehr zuzahlen musste QwQ bei den Versand Unternehmen das sie zoll auch nachträglich noch mal haben wollten aber sonst bin ich sehr zufriden mit der ware :)

Love the cosplay details
Normally I don't like to buy cosplay online however I wanted to test these guys out and so far I'm actually really happy! Came with everything and came WAYYYYY before I needed it (I did order it 4-5 months in advance). Overall I'm happy with the product and the service so I definitely recommend them!
