Lots of variety in products, would be hard not to find something you want but the website, especially at checkout is frustrating. I had to reload the page several times just to be able to put in my full information. Besides this I have no issues with the site and I enjoy the layout.

I thought it was going to not be all that great, but it was a heck of a lot better than I expected. Everything was great except for the claws on the fingers fell off and were not secured well (the only thing that was a bit shoddy with the outfit.)

It was pretty easy

I had issues while creating an account where the Captcha would not register even though i had typed it in correctly, the 1st attempt at purchasing removed the item from my cart and did not redirect me to the paypal checkout.

The material that the hoodie is made out of is a thinner material than i would have liked but isnt to big of a deal, and the zipper of the hoodie feels like a fragile plastic.

I am overall satisfied, but a bit let down that the product does not look exactly like I imagined. The wig has a much more bright color than I imagined, but aside from that, I'm ok.

I am very happy with the quality of both the fabric and design of the suit. It's clear that it was made with a lot of care and attention to detail. I was nervous to buy a product sight unseen from an overseas producer but after this purchase I can confidently buy more in future. My Hope van Dyne costume arrived quickly and packaged properly to avoid any shipping damage. Very excited to wear it to the next convention!

The quality was amazing, but the hair "above" the braid and on the sides, was a bit tight made, should have been little more loose.

Solid user interface, the 'wear date' condition in the product page could use an explanation however.
