I'm a first time shopper, the site seems easy to navigate, and there's a good variety.
It took a lot longer than stated on the order to receive.
I received my product in a timely manner and the customer support was very helpful when I had questions. However some of the Items I received seemed a bit poorly made while others were rather good! Some of the items didn't seem to quite match the measurements given! Next time I would definitely go with a custom order instead.
It was fairly straight forward and easy to find the items I was looking for.

The wig is good, well priced and got here in a good time. Gonna touch it up a little, but all in all it's a good wig.
Zippers on shoes kept ripping apart, minor annoyance.
Ordering was easy. Price was pretty good. And it arrived weeks before I thought it would arrive so happy there. But the wig is quite thin. You can see through the cap. The lines of hair are far apart so would be easy to see the wig cap underneath.
A lot of hair fell out when I opened the package as well. So that's something to think about. I was hoping for something a little more durable. But I guess this is just a wig you wear for a few hours
